  1. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain agus787.helioho.st. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.
  2. No response for a week. We're going to go ahead and delete your VPS now. Thanks for being a VPS customer since 2020. If you need our VPS services again in the future you can signup again at https://heliohost.org/vps/
  3. 15 of your 20 days are used up now, and there is still no subscription set up. Here is the link again https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=FAPWJ54ESVHXQ If a subscription still isn't set up for this VPS before 2026-04-14 it will be powered off until a payment is made. We'll email you before your VPS is powered off too in case you're just ignoring this forum, but do read your emails.

    Johnny PHP Upgrade

PHP 8.5 is now available on all of our hosting plans, including the free Johnny plan. We've also taken the opportunity to upgrade Plesk to the latest version and do a thorough upgrade of all system packages. The performance for the Johnny server has been a little slow for the last few days due to high load, but things are going back to normal now. There may have been a few errors messages as various services restarted, but now that the maintenance is over let us know if any of the error messages persist. We try to avoid doing upgrades too often, because they can cause downtime and slow performance, but it's critical to keep everything up to date to avoid vulnerabilities.
  5. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain codecreature.net. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.
  6. Did you ever manage to get signed up? If not which plan are you trying to signup for?
  7. No problem. It looks like you managed to create your account now, and everything is working. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  8. Added. It should start working in about 48 minutes as long as you fix your DNS settings before then.
  9. Your Johnny accounts domain has been changed to peeky2.helioho.st and an invite has been sent to your email address to create the Morty account with a $6 balance. During the Morty account creation process you should be able to pick peeky.helioho.st again if you wish.
  10. Would you like to move your existing Johnny account to Morty, or would you like a new Morty account in addition to the Johnny account?
  11. Thanks for letting us know about the missing $11.30. After getting that added to your Morty balance your estimated expiration date is now 2027-05-21. This estimate is based on your load over the last 30 days. If your load increases the balance could run out sooner.
  12. Your current balance is $0.0122 plus $5.00 plus $1.00 bonus brings your new total to $6.0122. Based on your load from the last 30 days this balance should last until 2026-10-03. If your load increases it may run out sooner. We'll email you occasionally to let you know how your balance is being use. Thanks for increasing your Morty balance.
  13. It looks like this domain is now using Cloudflare as I suggested. I'm going to mark this as solved. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
  14. Added. It should start working in 46-66 minutes.
  15. Your VPS expired 82 days ago, and was powered off 30 days ago. March 18th is long past. Is it alright if we delete your VPS now since it seems like you have no intention of renewing it?
  16. I have started the reset process. If you need any of your files from before the reset I created a full backup which can be downloaded from https://heliohost.org/backup In a few minutes you'll receive an email with a link to continue with the reset process. After recreating your account and enabling Node.js again let us know if the logs page loads faster.
  17. Here are the DNS records gab.pt.eu.org. 14400 IN TXT "v=spf1 ip4:64.62.151.106 ip6:2001:470:1:1ee::2009 ~all" _dmarc 14400 IN TXT "v=DMARC1; p=quarantine" _domainkey.gab.pt.eu.org. 14400 IN TXT "o=-" default._domainkey.gab.pt.eu.org. 14400 IN TXT ( "v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIIBIjANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAAOCAQ8AMIIBCgKCAQEAlhoaveQHXrnhdK5QpkflFQXGGchTtTizdX3qnpBLQjPvOi4PNkgA2Rn2G9AYDg9z8MFH86l+MOYuOy9gOhoVHMZvVtDM5i+g/YOfKz3l5YxNb8+ltLjivU2541UyryG6leONKkOb2+mWC2vZJ7o3+Wl0G6pXHuo8xZC03t6F8ywjFoD3lbJbutc+tc+yXJIrA" "cyEAOhdk0KdRvK/RDlVJQS02F/eXEovAnwU/lGYEifYuLelEtpxiplCAT2oMFkSRbzxqsvg990jbAdrtaHgmIicRal3P53VJJGQ3v+21dJFKjkwgAxve94FaXchvJSUKonQn/VBnuXgWXJQsIvPvQIDAQAB;" ) You can either change your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org or copy those into your external DNS provider.
  18. Document roots can be changed with valid justification. We have about 8000 accounts so we don't change document roots for anyone without valid justification because it unnecessarily increase admin workload for no good reason. / is already inaccessible to a browser plus you can create directories such as /private/ that are also inaccessible to a browser.
  19. Username: ittech689 Password: <same as Plesk> Host: morty.heliohost.org Port: 1373
  20. Your current balance is $6.4075 plus $15 plus $3 bonus equals $24.4075. Based on your load from the previous 30 days this should last you until 2026-11-07. If your load decreases it could last longer, if your load increases it could run out in less time. Thanks for increasing your Morty balance.
  21. I tested this a bit Morty logs loading on Node.js enabled domain = 3.43 seconds Tommy logs loading on Node.js enabled domain = 20.01 seconds So, yes Morty is quite a bit faster, but it shouldn't take more than 30 seconds. Perhaps you need to reset your account first regardless of whether you move to Morty or not. I think this is an issue specific to your account, not a server-wide issue.
  22. Although email technology has improved slightly since it was invented in 1971, it still isn't possible, in 2026, to attach bags of candy to an email. I'll contact the president of email immediately to rectify this horrible oversight. If people can attach a virus to an email, why can't they attach a bag of candy?! Crazy world we live in. While the president of email works on a solution, I did notice that Trustpilot sent you an invite to leave us a review on 2025-10-30. It may not be quite as good as a bag of candy, but we do appreciate 5 star reviews too. If you can find that email and click the link and give us a 5 star review, we'll just smile and pretend it was candy. Thanks!
  23. Yes, I found the IP address that was blocked on Morty, and unblocked it. Are you able to access Plesk now?
  24. Just to update this email thread, the 6 month subscription was set up, and the new expiration date is 2026-09-28. The subscription will attempt to bill for $21.60 again on that date unless canceled. Thanks for using our VPS service.
  25. It's been a week and it looks like you still haven't set up a subscription for your VPS yet. Perhaps you forgot? There are 13 days left from the transferred Morty balance.
