  11. VPS can have whatever control panel you want to install. Hestia is a popular free option. Our moderator named Kairion has used the free control panel KeyHelp a lot and he recommends that one. Plesk is not free and would be an additional $13.50 on top of the price of the VPS. By the way, you're at 70411 CPU now, about 12 times as much CPU as the second highest load account. I would probably just delete your website at this point if you want your account to not be suspended.

  13. Obviously the best solution to high Wordpress load is to switch to something other than Wordpress, but not everyone is willing to switch. One software that a lot of our users have said is really similar to Wordpress is Joomla, and we rarely have any high load with Joomla websites.
  14. Generally when someone complains about server performance it's because they are the one contributing the most to the poor server performance. As usual this is the case with your account. You are now at 46460 CPU and 168.45 GB memory over the last 24 hours. As a comparison the next highest CPU usage is at 6316 so you're causing more than 7 times as much CPU load as them. This is pretty standard results from Wordpress. There isn't any other software you can run that causes more load than Wordpress. Some things you can do to reduce Wordpress load is to remove any unnecessary plugins, and disable any uptime monitors you may have running. Another thing you could do is switch to our VPS plan where you can cause more or less unlimited load without getting suspended.   15. Sometimes PayPal gives us a "collect overdue payment" button, but that isn't there on your subscription yet. According to PayPal they are going to try to bill you again on Monday automatically. We'll see if it goes through then. Your VPS won't be shutdown, and if the payment fails again on Monday we'll contact you. As long as you have the new card attached to your PayPal account it should work though.
  16. What do you mean by "a lot of problems"? Is there an error message or anything. Also in the last 24 hours you've used 39219 CPU. Remember we'd like you to keep that under 15000 to avoid being suspended.
  17. You have been sent a password reset link. Please make sure you only choose ASCII characters such as the English alphabet, numbers, and symbols. Letters with accents and letters from other languages will be accepted, but then you won't be able to log in even though you're using the correct password.
  18. Did you check your promotions tab, and your spam box? Also the invitation email comes from no-reply@heliohost.org not support@heliohost.org if it helps you locate it.
  19. It could be your browser cache. Sometimes the redirect to our inactive page gets cached and your browser continues trying to follow the redirect for resources that are typically cached like javascript and css. Try clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser.
  20. Since they were trying to renew their account it was probably the message about renewing taking quite a while and they could try again or contact us. Anyways, the account in question is active now so this is probably already resolved. Let us know if you're still having any issues.
  21. No, we won't shut down your VPS. We have heard other people report that Malwarebytes has listed our website for some reason. We think it might be because of a malicious ad. We use Adsense which is pretty good at screening ads for malware, but sometimes they slip through. If we could afford to disable ads we would, but unfortunately we don't receive enough donations and VPS subscriptions yet to afford turning off the ads. If you have time to report a false positive to Malwarebytes we would appreciate it. I suspect it's Malwarebytes which is blocking all of your browsers from accessing our website. If you could try connecting with your phone, another computer that doesn't run Malwarebytes, or temporarily turning it off you might be able to set up a new subscription. Another way that you may be able to fix this is by logging in to your PayPal account and linking a new card through them. Your old subscription is technically still active, but PayPal has tried to charge your card twice now and failed, probably because you canceled it after losing it.

  23. If the files are there, but giving a 404 error it could be your .htaccess file is blocking access. You could try renaming it temporarily to see if that fixes it.

  25. What browser and version are you using? I've tested the payment page with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge and it loads correctly without any SSL errors.
