I skimmed the above a bit, but didn't read it very thoroughly. This URL seems to be working now https://vps43.heliohost.us:8083/login/ Is anything else broken still?

A password reset link has been sent to you. Please make sure you choose a password made up of ASCII letters, numbers, and symbols. Don't use any letters with accents or characters from languages other than English. Plesk will accept the invalid characters, but then you won't be able to log in. Also please don't email us, or tell anyone your password ever. The HelioHost staff don't need to your password and anyone who asks for your password needs to be reported to us because they are trying to steal your account.

[HH#729872] Please Wipe my server vps31 install HestiaCP
Krydos replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
That domain is already set up and pointed at your VPS. You just need to add it to Hestia for it to work. -
Your memory usage over the last 24 hours is 162.89 GB and your CPU usage is 17736 now. That's quite a bit better already. Thanks.

It looks like you submitted your password three times, so I used the third one. Go to https://vps31.heliohost.us:8083/login/ and login with the username admin and the third password you submitted. -
Eventually you will be able to monitor your load on your own at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/ but it's not ready yet.

The domain has been added, but in order to actually host it with us you must do 1 of the following 2 options. Use our nameservers by logging in to your registrar and setting your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Use any external DNS that you want, Cloudflare is a popular free option, and create an A record with the value 65.19.141.67 and an AAAA record with the value 2001:470:1:1ee::2009

[HH#729872] Please Wipe my server vps31 install HestiaCP

The password was the one that the VPS was originally created with back in 2021 probably. To set a new password go to https://heliohost.org/password/ and submit your email address and the password you want to use. It is not an automatic process so once you submit the new password let me know and I can copy it over to the VPS. We like to use this password page now because the password will never be stored or emailed in plaintext format where someone can see it. As soon as you submit the new password it is stored securely in the system and no one, not even me, will ever see it in plaintext. -
[HH#188537] Could not resolve host: repo.maven.apache.org
Krydos replied to HelioHost's topic in Email Support
It must be something to do with your particular ssh shell. I tested that url as root on your VPS and I was able to ping, and curl worked as well so it's not a system wide issue or a network issue. -
To remove the Plesk default page you need to go to home/baotran.art and delete the index.html file, and then upload your content there.

I'm pretty sure Gmail doesn't use that blacklist, but I've delisted Johnny anyways. Thanks for noticing it.

SPF, DKIM, and DMARC have been set up for you. I recommend sending a test email to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure everything is set up correctly. If the score is anything less than 10/10 post the report so we can fix any other issues that you might have.

[Solved] Remote Connection to Postgre Database

Remote access enabled. Sorry for the delay, but all ridiculous requests are assessed a 24 hour annoyance tax before they can be completed. -
[Solved] VPS34 cant be accessed, i messed up installing webmin
Krydos replied to onlybmg's topic in Escalated Requests
It's not really possible to uninstall control panels. I mean technically you can try but you'd spend days tracking down all the bits. When you install a control panel like Plesk or Webmin it has to be on a fresh OS without installing anything else first. Since you want to switch control panels anyways it's best to just rebuild it. You will receive an email when the rebuild is done. Please also note that you get 1 free rebuild per month so if you want to start over again you'll need to wait until May 15th for a free rebuild or pay $1 per rebuild before May 15th. -
Google doesn't even follow RFCs and instead have their own email requirements that are non-standard and in some cases contradict the applicable RFC and internet practices entirely. They also don't publish their requirements so people just have to guess or contact a Google employee to try to figure them out.
