Definitely. The extra space is a one time donation of $5 per 1000 MB up to 5000 MB maximum, and you get to keep the extra space for as long as you have the account. We raise the maximum usually 1000 MB each year or so when we start a new fundraiser. We raised it 2000 MB this year though. The only transaction I know of was for $1. Were there any other donations? We usually require at least $5 to increase the storage at all, but I suppose I could increase it by 200 MB for $1 if that's all you need.

Yes, it was for sending too many emails. The limit is 50 per day which is more than enough for most people with normal use. If you need to send more than that you need to contact us first and provide some additional information for us to verify that you aren't sending spam before you can be whitelisted for a higher limit. You can host as many domains as you want on one account. You don't need an account for each domain.

Sorry I fell asleep without remembering to make a post that it was done. The full backup includes database dumps called something like wbdvsm_wordpress551.sql. You can import them through phpmyadmin or on the command line. I went to your rapidenglish.eu site and got a 500 error. I just noticed you have an account called edvicone on Ricky and an account called edvicon already on Tommy. Keep in mind that each user is allowed to have 1 account total according to our terms of service.

The deletion script only accepts your username, and it must be in all lowercase: ssinc. If you enter your email address it will say it can't find the account.

$5 per 1000 MB to a max of 5000 MB. So $20 takes you from the free 1000 MB to max. You can move your account for free by backing up, deleting, recreating, and restoring your backup. Free Tommy signups usually fill in less than 10 seconds though so it can sometimes take a few days of trying before you get an account. The other option is you can donate $1 or more to get moved to Tommy by an admin. So combining with your other question, $6 would get your other account moved to Tommy and double storage. $21 would get your second account moved to Tommy and max storage.

The reason restarting Tomcat sometimes helps is because that forces the faulty code to shutdown and restart properly. Since you didn't write the code yourself it's probably not an option to fix the code yourself. It's also not an option to restart Tomcat over and over on Tommy for you because Tomcat uses massive amounts of memory and each time you restart it there can be load spikes and cause downtime for everyone on Tommy. Git is available in Tommy and Johnny's cpanel, and will be available on Ricky too once we rebuild him. Ricky's rebuild was scheduled for February or so of this year, but it got delayed because it's not safe to travel during a pandemic and we can't get anyone to the datacenter to do the required work. Once we can get someone to the datacenter rebuilding Ricky will be our top priority because he's long overdue for it. In the meantime we recommend moving to Tommy if you need git. Keep in mind that ssh access is disabled for all of our shared hosting because it is too much of a security risk so you won't be able to view clone urls even if you switch servers. For full access to git functionality we recommend getting a VPS where you will have root access to the entire server to run any commands such as git that you want.
