Since you got suspended again right away I took another look at your account. Yesterday when I decided that you deleted all your files it was because I looked in httpdocs which is where Plesk puts your main domain. I didn't realize that you still had an old cPanel transfer account which has your main domain in public_html. The public_html has a wiki installed at the w directory that is getting hammered by spam bots. I recommend doing a full reset to restore your account back to the default settings. The old cPanel accounts have a lot of bugs so we always recommend a reset when someone has an issue with their account. We can make a full backup for you prior to wiping it in case you need something from your old account.

If you think someone else accessed your account I recommend changing your passwords and doing a malware scan of your computers.

You have to request the reset from the email address that is currently listed for the hosting account.

Possibly. Our servers are located in Silicon Valley, which is in California USA. The report I linked tested from Vancouver Canada, which isn't too far away. I live in the US too and your website loaded fast for me too. -

I recommend installing SSL on your domain. I was going to run a speed analysis on your site to give you some suggestions on how to improve it, but the analyzation tool won't even check your site without https. -
WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain bluelephant.xyz. To restart your Flask app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/bluelephant.xyz/httpdocs/flasktest/flask.wsgi or /home/bluelephant.xyz/httpdocs/chattypub/flask.wsgi. Adding a blank line, removing a blank line, adding a space, or removing a space are examples of editing the file. As long as the last modified timestamp changes it will clear the server cache. Let us know if you run into any issues.
