Hello. When I tried to log in to my account (created a few weeks ago) today, I realised that my account had been suspended. As far as I know, I haven't broken any of the user rules, and there's nothing to indicate why I've been suspended... However, a misunderstanding may have resulted from the fact that my friend created his account on the same day as me (my friend's account has also been banned) at the same time on the same computer, and we are two different people. I don't remember receiving any notification that our accounts were considered to be double accounts, so the ban just happened without any warning, without any notification received from the panel, without any emails received... Could this problem be solved? Have a nice day and thanks to anyone who can help me. -

Hey, My account says it's inactive but I logged in a few weeks ago. I've also had problems with my ISP earlier this month so I experienced some outages that prevented me from going online. Anyway I could get the account renewed? I think there's been a mistake made and I hate to lose my account.

Username: fasouza, Server: Tommy Since I've completed my KeyHelp setup on my VPS and migrated my domains to it, I'd like to ask for a reset/wipe of my Tommy's account. I think it will be helpful since it will remove all my domains from the server (I'm planning on having only a HelioHost's subdomain on my account) and thus hopefully help everyone's uptime.

Hello there. I get an invalid login error when logging into my hosting account. But when you log in directly to cPanel, it does. But when I go to heliohost.org/login I get an invalid login error. Is there a solution to this? And also closes my site cPanel. I'm getting a server error. Or I'm getting too late responding error. It would be great if you solve this and also solve the "Internet connection lost" error. Have a nice day!

Hi, My account got suspended about 45 minutes ago. I'm not sure why, because I had reasonable free space and there wasn't inordinate load. Could you give me some more info on what happened? By the way, I also have a VPS, so I'm not sure if there's a connection there. If it's a load problem I could move stuff over to the VPS I guess (I haven't had time to move things over yet, so doing it slowly). Thanks, Hippo
