Hello, I have set the nameservers of a freenom domain to heliohost nameservers. I added it in "Addon Domain" section, and I have uploaded a blank index.html. It's been more than 24hrs since then and nothing is working. The domain is: chucachan.ga I have to specify that neither subdomains like myfirstwordpress.heliohost.org are working either. Server: Johnny I am setting all this for a friend, who recently joined the community on Johnny server. After re-reading this I realized that it looks like it's been written by someone while have a stroke or something. Sorry if I don't really make much sense, I'm really tired atm. Cheers.

Hello. I've tried to park my domain in cPanel but I got that error. Park::park(pzworld.ml) failed: (XID tcn5nb) A DNS entry for “pzworld.ml” already exists. Can someone help me with that?

I've been configuring a domain on ricky's servers for 3 days but at the time of loading the web it does not show anything I've checked the browsers cloudflare and everything well while the error indicates it's on the host. Any response and solution? Thank you

There is some way to move the domain hosted in jhonny to ricky, it was working correctly but now weeks go by without being online, what steps should be done. Thanks

Hi, Ive been tyring to get my site up for hte past couple of days now and its not as simple as it normally is on other hosts when it comes to adding your domain name and roll on like its 1999. Everytime I try to do just that in the Alias via Cpanel i get this stupid thing There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park(www.justcode.online) failed: You cannot park your main domain. justcode.online is my actual domain from godaddy and i never on any other host go through this problem and normally it takes up to an hour max for it to resolve. So whats the problem? Its really annoying me. Thanks in advance. Also last thing I want to ask, is there SSH here so i can install discourse via docker here?

Hello I have a problem with my site I had Johhny server and I delete my account and get a new account in Tommy my main domain was "hyper-design.heliohost.org" , I changed it to "hyper-design.ir" I changed my name servers in my registrate but my domain problem does'nt solve yet. When i enter my domain name in chrome, this page display: "http://hyper-design.heliohost.org/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi"

I do have exactly same problem with my domain pergaminpc.com.ar it shows some trails looking through FTP but it doesnt shows in my Addon Domain I already expected 48hs plus.

I want to add domain (free one like .tk) that will point out to one of my domain. for example. I register example.tk and would like it to point out to patents.heliohost.org/example/ but do not update the visitor's url. This way the entire relatie urls also points to exmaple.com directly. for eg. If I point example.tk/practical it should point to patents.heliohost.org/example/practical. I tried url redirect but it takes me to example.tk/example/practical. I don't want to play with all the things in cpannel that I don't understand which can break the site. Someone please point out the right way.

Hello guys, I've created a new account yesterday, and registered my website as "ctfisep.org", deleting the "heliohost" part. Is it going to make the DNS bug? Indeed, when I connect to http://ctfisep.org, it reads the server doesn't exist. However, when I go to the IP of the server (which is specifed in the domains section of cPanel), it reads the Account is queued (even if It's been more than 24 hours, and even if I cleared my cache). It doesn't seem to be working properly. Moreover, the cPanel license now seems to be expired .. Any help? Have a good day.

Hi, I tried the main domain change on this page: http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain but after 48 h the domain is maicol07.heliohost.org and not maicol07.tk ... How can I change it? Thanks

Hello I successfully moved to server Tommy. I again create addon domain. It was created, but now opening only www version. I think, my domain evezers.cf was deleted not correctly on Johnny, because link to cPanel on Queued Page directs to Johnny server. Can you delete domain record on Johnny?

Hi I read here http://wiki.helionet.org/How_to_access_cPanel that I can access cpanel using port 80. "To do this, simply navigate to http://cpanel.yourdomain.com/ replacing yourdomain.com with your domain name". I still didn't assign the domain to this hosting, is there a generic url that I can use for both cpanel and later on to call my Java webservice? Thanks!

I have a problem, In my Johnny account, add the domain jtovar.ml, but it does not appear in the list and does not work. Now I have another account on the server Tommy and when I try to add the domain jtovar.ml me appears that is already registered in Heliohost and I can not do anything I want to install jtovar.ml in the account "Jonitis1"
