Username: fasouza. Server: Tommy. Main domain: kairion.helioho.st. Could you guys please add two additional SFTP users to my account? They will be used on backup operations so I'd think it's better to have them limited to their respective backup folder instead of using my main SFTP account. Usernames and passwords sent on HelioHost's Change Password page (https://heliohost.org/password/). Usernames and their respective root directories: fasouza_fashost_keyhelp -> /fasouza/backup/fashost.eu.org/keyhelp/ fasouza_fashost_fasouza -> /fasouza/backup/fashost.eu.org/fasouza/ Thanks 😊

Hi, I deleted an addon domain from the CP to start clean. However, I am unable to add the deleted domain again. I get the following error. Please advice. A DNS entry for the domain “smritinandan.smritinandan.heliohost.org” already exists Thank you LSU

It has a wealth of benefits for both customers and owners of Heliohost, as it produces better service for users, and upgrade services and value for owners and the experience for everyone. CloudFlare should be installed for everyone on Cpanel.

Mam/Sir, When I try to Addon the Domain example.tk instead that domain be added, it looks like it's creating example.main.tk subdomain.. Wherever I do, I couldn't add my another "dot tk" domain. Could you please give me a solution? And tell me what's the problem? My following information: My domain that couldn't be added: webdirectory.tk My cPanel username: mbdungo My main domain: firm.tk Thank you!
