Well, if you don’t want to create a temporary account on Ricky, you could just grab your backup files from heliohost.org/backup when it becomes available and just save it into your computer until Tommy Server is back online. Please note that when we going to replace a new hard drive, all Tommy Accounts will be gone and yes you can use your same email address to signup again on Tommy Server.

All backups from Tommy Server are not available yet. Our root admin Krydos is moving everyone’s backup to the backup system website right now. It’s still in process. Once you got a backup files download it into your computer, you can create a Ricky Account for temporary until Tommy server is fixed. Note that you need to use a different email address as you cannot use a same email address that you currently have on your old Tommy account. Then, once you create it, just go to “backup wizard” and follow the instructions to restored. Remember, you will need to create a database users and assign it to other databases that you may have. Whaaat, why?? (But I guess that maybe I can just make an alias in Gmail) You can’t use the same email address that you have it on your old Tommy account and use it a temporary account on Ricky. Just wait until all of the old Tommy accounts are delete it and then you can use it on your temporary account.
