  2. Hello, I’m trying to add hyten.ca to my Tommy account but in “Aliases” tab and it gave me an error saying this “There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park failed: (XID wqg3tj) Could not determine the nameserver IP addresses for “hyten.ca”. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar.“ I already added our nameservers of ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org to my NameCheap account and it will affect it in 24-48 hours. Is it right that I need to wait for it to completed?
