  1. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. <br /><br />If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.<br /><br />If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic you might consider trying paid hosting from our partner starting at only a cent for the first month. https://www.heliohost.org/partners/hostgator

  4. We do not support custom daemons or inbound ports, so no, this cannot be not run our servers.
  5. We limit crons to 2 executions per day, so the most it could run is once every 12 hours. I'm not sure whether we'd be able to offer an external cron or not since the content being triggered is not hosted with us. Our admin Krydos would know for sure whether this is possible.
  6. You can't. Krydos would need to supply the relevant portions for you. Please post exactly what you're looking for on our forums and we'll see about getting the logs for you. We can't give access to the logs directly because the Tomcat server is shared, and consequently includes private information from other users' accounts.
  7. I know at least one un-deployment was due to a server malfunction that removed Java support and WAR files from every user on Tommy. That issue was corrected, but users did need to redeploy WARs manually after the issue was fixed. As for it disappearing at other times, do you need to re-request Java when this happens, or just redeploy the WAR? If Java needs to be re-requested before you can redeploy, it's probably the server removing it due to nonuse (which can happen even with a deployed WAR if it doesn't have enough traffic). If the WAR is undeploying but you still have Java support, I'd have to get it looked into further.
  8. Deployed. http://bfpsw.heliohost.org/JAW/
  9. It broke again. It turns out that every account on the server is showing suspended. The server's got something wrong with it. We're working on it.
  10. There's a problem with the server. Every account on Ricky is showing suspended right now...they're not actually suspended. We're working on it.
  11. Yep, now showing a suspended page even though it's not suspended...
  12. @Krydos: The hosting account for the user above me is saictmaw. That one is not acting like its suspended for me...I get a redirect to ricky.heliohost.org:2078 followed by a password prompt.
  13. We're going to leave this suspended so I can have Krydos look at it. Moving. @Luigi and others: Please don't fix this one. Krydos is going to dig into what's going on with these to cause them to erroneously suspend.
  14. @jeer: To clarify, this is a server malfunction, it wasn't caused by anything on your part. The account didn't even say it was suspended in the admin tools despite showing a suspended page.

  16. The contact information on your account can be changed in cPanel (it's at the bottom). For email accounts for your domains, you can do that in the email section of cPanel. You can create as many mailboxes as you want, just be aware that there's a sending limit of 50 emails per day for all mailboxes combined unless you request more.
  17. PHP is definitely used on Windows and so is Python, but yeah, Django...not so much. Django's a linux thing from what I've found. Also, contrary to what some say, a lot of Django servers do use Apache. Nginx is a small minority of the market over all, especially when compared to Apache or IIS in terms of number of servers deployed: https://news.netcraft.com/archives/2017/12/26/december-2017-web-server-survey.html

  19. The absolute best way to secure WordPress is to get rid of Wordpress. Unfortunately there really isn't a good way to secure WP. It's just poorly coded and full of security holes. The extensions and themes have a bad habit of being disguised malware as well. Keeping all of it up to date and using reputable sources for the theme and extensions helps, but even that's not 100% effective in my experience since new holes are found all the time. WP is infamous in the hosting world for horrible security and design, and is actually the number one cause of spam and malware suspensions here at HelioHost.
  20. Unblocked. It may take up to 10 minutes to take effect.
  21. Do you have an address you would like me to send something to?
  22. Unblocked.
  23. Those are correct...no idea why the SFTP is broken for you. If I had to guess, either your network or security software blocks port 1342. This is common especially on shared networks and workplaces (public hotspot, enterprise network, university, etc.). As for plain FTP, I have no idea why plain FTP doesn't work without the VPN. Most places don't block that, and you're not blocked in our firewall. Lets see if Krydos has any more ideas...moving so he sees this.
  24. Your account is actually on Johnny, and your account is currently waiting in line to be created. Johnny accounts take up to 12 hours to be fully functional.
  25. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.
