  1. You can't. Assuming the attribute only affects your site, what exactly needs to be added? Krydos may be able to add it for you, but we can't make any changes that might break other users on the server.
  2. This is intentionally disabled because of a history of abuse and cannot be installed. Please find different software.
  3. Did you go inactive and renew yourself by chance? I've been noticing an issue with the renew script recently. Either way, I've manually suspended and unsuspended you to clear the suspended pages. Your site should work again in a few hours.
  4. The domain for account brasil has been changed to mamode.com.br
  5. Lets have Krydos set this up for you.
  6. Remove Cloudflare and set your name servers to ns1.heliohost.org ans ns2.heliohost.org. We are unable to assist with domains that are using CloudFlare as we have no way of verifying the DNS entries are correct. Also, Johnny is famous for his poor up time. Do you want me to move you to Tommy since you've donated? http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/
  7. Quota has been increased. Thank you for the donation.
  8. Done. You're on Tommy now. Thank you for the donation.
  9. Moving...
  10. Since you donated $2, I'll add 400MB (2/5th) of the normal increase for you. The full 1GB extra space is only available to those who donate $5 or more. Please send an additional $3 so we receive $5 total, and I'll add the rest of the space for you.
  11. You have an account called danyfar3. You need to delete that before creating another account because our Terms of Service only allow you to have one account. If you're unaware, you can host more than one domain on an account by using the Addon domains feature. You don't need a separate account for each domain. Have you tried adding the domain to your existing account? Are you getting any error messages?
  12. Use this link: https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ (with nothing after the / ) and it will count. Links ending in .html will never count, and I've noticed that the scripts on https://heliohost.org/ are broken for Tommy. The inactivity renewal script has a weird issue where it doesn't always unsuspend the website on Tommy, just the cPanel account. I've gone ahead and unsuspended you, give it a few hours to unsuspend completely. The domain change script often doesn't work for users on Tommy either, and the login form sometimes doesn't count logins. Your contact email should not be hosted on a domain attached to the account. If the account became inaccessible, needs a password reset or a backup sent due to a crash, etc. you won't be able to receive the email, effectively causing you to lose your data. Use an email address that's not hosted on your account. You can change the email address here: https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/frontend/paper_lantern/contact/index.html (it may take several hours to reflect across all of our systems). As described above, if the account becomes unavailable and you need to request a password reset or backup, if your email address is hosted on your account, we will be unable to assist you, as passwords and backups are only sent to the address on file for security reasons. Your particular mail client base64's your message before sending. If we get these, we just decode them manually and read them. If you want it to send without this issue, use a different mail client.
  13. See https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/33370-heliohost-doesn%E2%80%99t-know-that-i-login-in-the-last-month/
  14. USD $5 or more will get you 1GB of extra disk space on your account. Maximum for any user is 2GB (1GB you normally get, plus the donation for the extra GB). Also, you have 2 accounts. Having 2 accounts violates our Terms of Service and will get you suspended. Please delete one of your two accounts within 24 hours or both accounts will be suspended.
  15. Unsuspended. It may take several hours for the suspended page to go away. If it does not, let us know and we'll look into it further.
  16. Dang, that topic is 4 years old... Anyway, I'm not seeing that domain in our system. What is your username? I'll just change it for you.
  17. See if you can access cpanel now to back it up yourself. It was half suspended...the system said it was active but it quite clearly wasn't when I looked at it... If not, let me know and I'll back it up and email a link to you.
  18. We run cpanel, so we use Apache on Linux (centos specifically). Our accounts offer 1GB of space, unlimited bandwidth, a variety of programming languages such as php, Perl, Python, and Java, and email service with a limit of 50 emails per day (email services not available in all areas). An additional 1GB of space is given to anyone who donates $5 or more. For production websites, I would recommend you sign up on our tommy or Ricky server. Registrations for these accounts are limited per day. They open at midnight UTC every day and fill quickly. If you prefer, donating $1 or more also gets you a tommy account without the hassle of hoping you can get one at midnight. I suggest avoiding our Johnny server if uptime, speed, or reliability are important, as the Johnny server is meant for testing and has regular malfunctions, poor performance, and a lot of downtime.
  19. The account has been moved to Tommy. Krydos needs to enable the ASP.NET support for you now. @Krydos: Johnny failed to clean up httpd.conf for his account during the move. Not sure if this will be an issue or not. The account did move to Tommy though. User: loretojr Domain: loretojr.heliohost.org Failed to lock httpd.conf and associated files: Cpanel::Exception::Timeout/(XID nv4s8m) The system failed to lock the file “/etc/apache2/conf/httpd.conf” after 301 seconds. at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Exception/CORE.pm line 336. 20. What version of Python, and what server? Krydos can install this for you, but we need to know where.
  21. Verify that the file permissions are set to 644. That's the number one cause of 500 errors.
  22. It says it's active even though it's showing a suspended page. Suspending and unsuspending it didn't help, so I'm not sure what's wrong with it. Let's have Krydos take a look.
  23. Did you change the file permissions to 644? Files uploaded over SFTP are 664 (note the second six) and need to be changed. The server will not execute scripts with permissions of 664. Also, try renaming your htaccess, file so it's ignored and try again.
  24. I'll process this when I get to a computer. Krydos has to do the Asp.net install though, and we do not support Ruby on Rails anymore.
