  1. @Byron: It's the same as his forum account.
  2. FTP uses the same username and password you use for cpanel. If you forgot it, go to https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/ and click reset password.
  3. Luigi's got it. They've already been removed.
  4. The user manager only lets your create email and FTP accounts. The webmail is at either http://tommy.heliohost.org:2096 or http://Johnny.heliohost.org:2096/ depending on server (a secure version exists too but I don't know the port at the moment). FTP is the same as for your account, just use the username and password you created instead. There is no way to create additional cpanel accounts for other users who share your account.
  5. You have to ask us. We recommend developing Java apps locally on your PC then uploading the final version here for this reason. Also, that error is likely because your war's code is broken...Tomcat won't give you a Forbidden or a directory listing, it just returns 404 like anything else that's missing.
  6. It really depends how you view it. I viewed it from SSH since I was on an iPad and had no way of throwing a script together easily, it shows in PST there since that's the timezone the server lives in, hence why I wrote that. It was 3 hours and 6 seconds behind me, so normal considering I'm in Eastern time myself. Also didn't help that it was early and before my coffee...the clock is actually UTC and shows adjusted for timezone. A "true" PST clock would've shown "UTC" and still been 3 hours behind me. Ah yes, "Coordinated Pacific Time" ...always having to deal with code to add missing hours to keep my program's logs accurate (I want them shown in Eastern). Quite glad the timezone functions work right now.
  7. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  8. For the interested, this issue turned out to be a good example of severe overuse of resources and why we have load limits. The user that caused this (his second time causing Tommy some HTTP downtime) was permanently suspended, so it likely won't happen again. http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/27689-suspended-johnyz-additional-information/
  9. Duplicate of http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/27689-suspended-johnyz-additional-information/ That account cannot be unsuspended.
  10. That account cannot be unsuspended. I'll escalate this for you to find out why since it doesn't list a reason. I've seen the "Do not unsuspend." reason have many different causes.
  11. Http was down for a few minutes. It's back up now.

    Johnny V3.0

    SQLite yes. MSSQL no.
  13. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. <br /><br />If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
  14. Glad you got it working, but you really shouldn't need to force our code to work...it sounds like a bug in the Javascript on our site. Escalating so it can be looked at.
  15. No. There are no further efforts being made to recover data from Stevie. We did manage some backups (http://heliohost.org/backup/), but your account was not one of them. It failed to back up due to disk damage (the backup is empty). The server has since had the defective disk removed and the remaining disk formatted...it's now waiting on a rebuild so it can come online again.
  16. Does the new password contain your username by chance? Also, try resetting it using the Reset Password option here: Tommy: https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/, Johnny: https://johnny.heliohost.org:2083/
  17. We have to wait for Krydos. It can take a day or so for him to respond, so please be patient.
  18. Escalating. Krydos will be able to confirm that tomcat needing restarted is the reason for this and restart it if so.
  19. Check the spam bin, that's where mine was on my Yahoo account (also, if you forward your Yahoo account mail to something else, spam won't forward, so you'd have to actually log into Yahoo and check for it). If not, try another email address. There is no record that I can see of your email address in the system.
  20. You can always ask for a root admin to restart it for you. Best bet is to develop locally and then upload everything you'll end up needing at once, then ask us to restart it for you.
  21. That's the default limit for PHP I believe. I'm not sure if it can be increased. Escalating.

    Tommy Accounts

All Stevie accounts were deleted back in January. You should be able to just sign up.
  23. The clock is accurate on tommy. I just checked and it was only 6 seconds off from the clocks in the room with me. Be aware that the server local time is Pacific. Do you have a script showing this 7 minute gap? EDIT: Per Krydos below, it's not actually Pacific, but UTC with the local timezone set to Los Angeles. Our old servers were actually Pacific...

  25. I don't know for sure, but my guess is that tomcat probably has to be restarted to see them. That happens periodically for reasons like new accounts getting it enabled, so something/someone else on the server likely did something that triggered a restart and it found your libs at the same time.
