  1. You can make a domain receive mail using an external mail server by changing the MX records, but I don't think we can automatically use an external SMTP server for sending everything on an account. No idea why the server would refuse connection though unless Yahoo blocked us or our firewall is in the way (shouldn't be, assuming Yahoo uses standard mail ports). Krydos will probably have more of an idea as to why this might be failing. Escalating.
  2. We don't allow it by default. A root admin will need to enable that for you. What database name and user account needs remote access, and what IP do you want to access it from?
  3. We're actually working on setting up a fundraiser to purchase storage hardware. The details haven't been announced yet, but when it comes out, donating to that fundraiser will let you instantly get additional storage on our existing hardware as a thank you gift. For right now though, you'll need to make do with the 1GB until we can get that set up. We're hoping to have it available in the coming weeks.
  4. Krydos has to do that, which is why I escalated it. Just wait and he'll unarchive it when he sees the post.
  5. You're suspended for having two accounts. You are only allowed one. I've unsuspended locata for you. If you need the other account back instead, please let us know and we'll resuspend this account and unsuspend the other one.
  6. Please try it now. The IP you posted from was blocked for too many failed logins.
  7. No. You have to use cpanel to create them. I really wish there was a way to do this, since I would have a use for this functionality as well.
  8. You're on Johnny... You need to do one of the following: Stay on Johnny and downgrade to 3.5 (likely rewriting a large chunk of your software in the process),Change servers to Tommy and downgrade to 4.6 (we limit sign ups for Tommy, they open at midnight UTC and fill quickly, or you can donate to get an account instead).
  9. You're likely going to need to rewrite it in a standard web language (or just do away with it and use one of the standardized built in functions in such a language) if you want to use it on any server that's not your own. It doesn't necessarily need to be PHP. Something like this should be doable in most languages (Java or ASP.NET are probably your best bets if you don't want PHP, perhaps Python would work too). You likely won't find any hosting service that will let you run a random executable like that anyway. It's poor security to allow that because there's no way the server owner could guarantee that it wasn't malware.
  10. That domain is already working. You're fine. Please clear your cache if you see a queued page.
  11. That's kind of surprising that works...DHCP server should only affect your internal LAN IP. You might have just getting poor signal or something where it kept falling off the network and reconnecting with a different IP... Either way, glad to see its working now Let us know if you need anything else.
  12. No. You could rewrite it in ASP.NET possibly since we do support .Net/Mono, but that's as close as you'd get in running Windows software. Even if it would run as written, you probably wouldn't have any way to launch it since we block exec/sys/etc. It's probably best to just eliminate the EXE entirely. PHP has tons of decent encryption functions and libraries available for it, and they're almost certainly more secure and much more thoroughly tested than a homebrew solution ever would be. Is there a reason you can't use one of them?
  13. That account is permanently suspended for phishing. Please create a new account.
  14. Can you please try it again now? If it still gives that error, I'll escalate this so Krydos can clear out that domain for you. Your other forum account has been renamed back. Also, seeing you're using kawish as your forum account, if you want, I can merge them if you wish so you only have one forum account that has all of your posts in it.
  15. You were suspended for sending too many emails. The limit is 50/day total, regardless of how it is sent (script, webmail, etc.) Unsuspended.
  16. That's because the forum account already existed. I renamed it to ubitech2 so you can use the username. Let me know when you're done and I'll rename it back.
  17. You're on Johnny. Downtime or poor performance is normal for Johnny, as he allows unlimited signups, has a lot of extra features, and is intended for testing purposes. The result is that the server is regularly overloaded. If you need production hosting, you should consider moving to Tommy. You can see Johnny's performance here: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ Your site is working fine for me as of this post, though it did take 30+ seconds to load.
  18. I just looked and realized that Tommy has been down for the past few hours, which is why you're having trouble reaching the server. I suspect he's intentionally null routed to keep these forums and Johnny online due to a DDoS attack: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/
  19. Sent. The old account failed to delete though, probably because Tommy is down. Please try deleting it again once Tommy comes back up.
  20. We're not going out of business. You may have misread the donation message we've posted a few times. It's just a donation request. If we don't meet goal each month, we're that much closer to going bust. We have funds to operate for over a year, even if we made absolutely nothing from ads or donations starting today. We come very close to goal each month though. We've got more than 10 years behind us, and we believe there's another 10 in front of us. That issue is likely one of a few things. First, we've been down a lot due to DDoS attacks in the past day or so. It could also be an IP ban (you're not blocked that I can see), or your internet connection is broken (possible, try another internet connection like a cell phone data plan).
  21. It's that redirect that broke it I bet. He'll fix it eventually.
  22. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  23. I think that's due to the fact we now require HTTPS on the forums. The monitor probably needs to be fixed...
  24. Yeah, those results show that the domain tuneitlouder.tk got taken back by freenom (they're infamous for it).
