  1. I wonder if this is related to yesterday's outage, which was caused by /var filling up due to an apache log growing too large. Escalating.
  2. Escalating.
  3. Pretty likely. A lot of our user have "first of their kind" development projects and configurations. We see a lot of interesting configurations and projects here That's why we install modules when asked, and why we sometimes have to ask a lot of questions when things don't work. Odds are we've simply never seen it before ourselves.
  4. It's archived. Escalating to have it restored.
  5. Unblocked.
  6. It should be johnny.heliohost.org on port 5432.
  7. Unblocked. What settings are you using for FTP?
  8. You don't have much content right now, but it seems to run fast to me.
  9. Unblocked.
  10. That error just means the file shown in the error (/compat.php) is missing. Make sure the file exists. Seeing its path is just "/", the file compat.php needs to be in your public_html folder.
  11. No problem.
  12. I'll make a random one and send it to the email address on the account. Once you can log in, you can change it in cPanel to whatever you want.
  13. This is caused by the disk being full on the server. See https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/30267-disk-full/
  14. Looks like about 6 hours (failed around 3AM EDT): http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ (the bar shown in orange is for FTP, but that likely failed around the same time as cPanel). If you need me to, I'll reset your password once this is fixed I can't do it now because the admin tools don't work when cP is down.
  15. It'll be fixed when Krydos sees this topic. I'll email him and let him know though since it's Tommy that's broken. The /var partition is pretty much completely full... /dev/mapper/centos-home 160906484 129469560 31436924 81% /home /dev/mapper/centos-var 19523584 19523564 20 100% /var /dev/mapper/centos-var_lib_pgsql 7804928 510084 7294844 7% /var/lib/pgsql /dev/mapper/centos-var_lib_mysql 36117268 11132264 24985004 31% /var/lib/mysql /dev/mapper/centos-tmp 1943552 672216 1271336 35% /tmp
  16. You probably can't log in because cPanel is down on Tommy, not because the password is incorrect. Logging into a down server will cause an invalid login message. https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/30267-disk-full/
  17. Tommy's broken because his disk is full. https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/30267-disk-full/
  18. That's caused by the disk being full. FTP is also down. Only thing to do is wait for Krydos to see this and check on it.
  19. Mine is doing the same thing. Looks like Tommy's /var is full... Escalating.
  20. Then something else on your account is trying to send mail. Even using the webmail counts toward your limit, so if you have a personal email account for yourself, that's counting too. Accounts don't send mail for no reason. It's just a matter of finding out what's sending it. @Krydos: Is there a way to see what is being sent (or at least the From/To addresses)?
  21. Hm...it redirects for me too. I'll escalate this for you so Krydos can take a look at it then.
  22. Nope. You're fine.
  23. It's archived. Escalating.
