  1. Sent. Thank you for the donation.
  2. Thanks for letting us know. Sent. Since you use Gmail, it may arrive in your spam folder.
  3. We wouldn't ban you if you had followed the rules. Our rules for content are simple: No piracy, no illegal activity, no malware, no hacking, no phishing, no botnets, and no stolen content. Because of your snarky comments, now your forum account is banned too.
  4. Sent. Since you use gmail, it may appear in your spam folder. Thank you for the donation.
  5. Please send us your transaction ID and we can get it resent to you.
  6. @snowm: You mentioned your suspension for mail a while back...those are actually automatic. The server counts your mail as its sent, and after recipient number 50 it suspends you. We had phishers sending 1000s of emails and our servers were constantly blacklisted for abuse, so we had to limit email overall to prevent that from happening. And yes, .tk domains count as "real" domains, in the sense you can actually control the DNS on them, which is what matters here. Freenom likes to cancel free domains (and subsequently charge an absurd amount of money to get it back) without warning though, so I wouldn't use them for anything that needs to stick around.
  7. Yep. Reason listed: Neither of which are welcome here.
  8. If you did not pay for it, you cannot use it. It does not matter if it's clean or not. Please provide proof you purchased the license or you'll be suspended for copyright infringement.
  9. Cloudflare and similar services are not supported on the free subdomains. To do that, you'll need to get a real domain that allows you to change the name servers, then change your main domain to that domain instead. Also, as a reminder, illegal activity, hacking tools, and similar content are against our Terms of Service and are not permitted. Please ensure that you do not host any sort of hacking tool, malware, phishing, discussions or guides on how to hack something, stolen information, or similar abusive or illegal content on your account. Doing so will result in a ban and loss of your data.
  10. This is by design. Users are limited to one WAR file at a time on our shared hosting plans for load reasons. If you need more, I would recommend buying a VPS: https://heliohost.org/vps/ With a VPS, you have full root access and can run whatever you wish. The cheapest option should be able to handle a few Java applications, but I would recommend adding a second GB of memory since Java is rather heavy on RAM.
  11. As others have said, the subdomain is required. You cannot remove it without removing the addon domain that is associated with it.
  12. Done. Thank you for the donation.
  13. We already offer a mining solution for this purpose. If you want to mine for us, please download HelioMine: https://www.heliohost.org/heliomine/ It does require installation unlike that website, but HelioMine is also capable of using GPUs, can mine more than one coin, and is substantially more efficient than a javascript miner.
  14. I don’t see a Wordpress install, just a bunch of files that appear to be content for your website. It doesn’t look like WP is even installed. Did you actually install WP? If so, did you put the files inside of public html?
  15. It should work, but you cannot use the "Full SSL" security option on Cloudflare if you use AutoSSL. Be sure to select "Flexible SSL" or "None" for the security option on CloudFlare when setting up your domain. Cloudflare's Full SSL setting and the cPanel AutoSSL renewal process are incompatible with each other. Also, be aware that CF in general has been known to cause some...weird...issues with our service. It usually works pretty well, but it has caused strange behavior on a few accounts. Note that if you ask for support, you may be asked to remove CF and change back to our name servers as part of troubleshooting.
  16. Yep. This isn’t supported. You’ll need to find a way to use a non-ssl connection.
  17. Sent. Please check your email for an invite. Note that it may appear in spam since you're using gmail. Thank you for the donation, it's much appreciated.
  18. You're the same user as these two from yesterday, and the account is banned for the same reason (Phishing). Please don't bother making new accounts, they'll all be banned for phishing automatically. https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/37443-account-suspension/ https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/37441-account-suspended/
  19. If you donated please post the transaction ID and we can just send you an invite.
  20. Actually, after one of our other admins found what appears to be stolen information, these ARE in fact phishing...I just missed the phishing content when I originally suspended them. These accounts can not be unsuspended.
  21. This one's actually a mistake on my part. It should actually be for multiple accounts...not phishing. I just did it alongside a bunch of phishing this morning and forgot to change the reason once they finished suspending. Which account do you want to keep?
  22. Yeah, FTP over TLS does work on Tommy (I use it all the time because SFTP is problematic from work), but I've never had any consistent success with the other two servers (Johnny especially). On rare occasion I've had them work, but they usually either time out or give a login failure. Plain FTP and SFTP almost always work even when TLS doesn't. It's probably load related if I had to guess.
  23. $1 one time is minimum, more (preferably a smaller recurring one, vs. a single larger one) is appreciated though of course. You get double storage once you reach $5. If you make a recurring donation of at least $1, your inactivity login requirement is also waived.
  24. Unblocked. Spaces in your password are known to be problematic with some systems are not recommended. Not sure if it would cause this issue or not, but you could try changing your password if need be. Since you're trying to use SFTP, try manually setting it up. Host name: johnny.heliohost.org Port: 1373 Connection: SFTP (do not select FTP over explicit TLS, it's not supported). Username: chrp Password: Your cpanel password If you create additional accounts, they need to use unencrypted (plain) FTP on port 21 to connect. Only the main cpanel account can connect via SFTP.
  25. Krydos can enable remote access for you. What IP needs access? If you're running the node code on Tommy, you shouldn't need remote access and can use localhost as the server name.
