[Solved] Temp move to Ricky until Tommy is fixed
wolstech replied to robev's topic in Escalated Requests
You'll likely need to request moving them, as we aren't tracking who wants to move back, who even made a Ricky account, etc. Once Tommy is online again and public registrations open, feel free to ask to be moved back to Tommy. -
That cannot be done without deleting the account and recreating it. Since the original username is not available, you can't get a home folder with that name.

Closing since I brought this up in an email-related topic. https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/36605-email-not-working-outgoingincoming-mails-are-not-being-delivered/?view=getnewpost

Ricky has quite a few issues at the moment mostly due to overloading. I'm getting emails from my scripts, but I suspect I'm not getting all of them (I can't check because half of my stuff won't even run without multiple attempts due to 500 errors). The support email on the forum relies on Ricky as well, and that's broken too. I can't even get account backups to work at the moment. If I request a full backup, it never actually makes the backup...

[Solved] Temp move to Ricky until Tommy is fixed
wolstech replied to robev's topic in Escalated Requests
(XID 7mgec8) A DNS entry for robbiewolfe.heliohost.org already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. The domain robbiewolfe.heliohost.org and robbiewolfe.ca have been cleaned up. Invite sent. -
Please create a topic in customer service listing all of the domains to be cleaned up and a root admin will take care of this for you. With the server not running, it's not possible for me to look up domains by account. Also, as a reminder, we do not provide support by PM.

@flazepe: No it's not. His old tommy account has that domain. I can't clean it up from my phone though...

[Solved] Error importing BD in Johnny phpMyAdmin
wolstech replied to thorast's topic in Customer Service
It's crashing during the import. Try restoring the database using the restore mysql backup option under cpanel's backup page instead. Also, silly question, but you unpacked it right? You need the sql file, not a tar.gz or other archive. -

The specified domains have been cleaned up. Try adding them now.

Mail is in your backup. There should be a mail folder in your home folder backup with your messages. They won’t have meaningful names though and are “raw” (they have the headers attached) so you’d need to sort them.
-
Yeah, the backup functions in cPanel for sql won’t accept gzip files for restore. You have to unpack them and upload the sql file inside. We packed them to save space on our servers and make the download smaller.

[Solved] MySQL in Johnny not working properly
wolstech replied to thorast's topic in Customer Service
The max connections is lower on Johnny than it is on tommy so we can fit more users on the server. Assuming this same software worked on tommy, this lower limit would explain that error. I’m not able to check the MySQL version on Johnny because he is down at the moment. -
Upload the files with ftp or file manager, and use the “restore a MySQL backup” option on the backup page to restore DBs (be sure to unpack first, you need to upload the .sql file, not the tar.gz file).

You guys got it right. Ashoat will install the disk, Krydos installs the OS and software. Towards the end of it, there will be a period where Mods and Admins will be told to invite ourselves/move our accounts back to it for testing, then once we think it works properly it goes public. End to end the process usually takes a week or so (from when the OS is installed to public registration opening).

Sent. It should be titled "Heliohost backup" -
[Solved] Backups not found on both panther1 and panthers username
wolstech replied to a topic in Customer Service
It's because you recycled your tommy email. It wants to send it to yahoo.old... I'll email it to you manually shortly. -
@flazepe: it sounds like he chose to donate and get invited to Ricky, and abandoned the archived Johnny account. It's not considered multiple accounts since the archived one isn't active. He can no longer have it unarchived though unless he deletes the Ricky account first. As for the tommy backup, it can be sent to the address on his Ricky account if need be as long as we can prove the two accounts are the same person.

[Solved] Move account from Tommy to Ricky
wolstech replied to infantex's topic in Escalated Requests
Please clear your cache. That domain is working but had a 500 error once the queued page was gone. I changed the file permissions on your PHP files in your public_html to 644 for you to fix the 500 error and the site seems to be working now. As for disappearing files, if I had to guess they never fully uploaded. I had some trouble pushing a few files onto my account too. Seems to be due to server speed. -
You're suspended for high load caused by the file indicated (discord bot I'm guessing based on the code?) Please fix the issue quickly. Unsuspended.

The domain mimascota.ga has been cleaned up.

[Solved] Help please, I still have problems with DNS entry
wolstech replied to thorast's topic in Escalated Requests
Pretty much what sohamb03 said. It's not your account, the domain just won't clean up like it should, making it impossible for me to finish removing it so you can add it again. Krydos might be able to clean it up manually. -
Sent. The domain zaldivar.mx and zaldivar.com.mx have been cleaned up.

[Solved] Help please, I still have problems with DNS entry
wolstech replied to thorast's topic in Escalated Requests
This domain cannot be cleaned up due to a server error. Cody and Ricky say it's already been removed, but it refuses to be removed from Johnny. Lets see if Krydos can do something about this. -
The domain merajbd.com has been cleaned up. As for the maintenance page and park error for meraj.xyz, you're seeing that still because you're using an unsupported DNS configuration (looks like CloudFlare based on the IPs I'm getting). Both domains need CloudFlare removed and their NS changed to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org and they should work. Please be aware that your settings in CF are also no longer valid since most of the entries are specific to the server you're on. You'll need to either manually edit the CF records, or delete your CF zones and recreate them (which copies the working domain zones automatically). Also, I couldn't park your domains for you because I can't find your account.
