  1. He only insists on starting it himself because he doesn't want random people having access to the money, which is completely understandable, and I agree with him on that. We are planning a fundraiser that you're more than welcome to promote, but we haven't quite finished planning it yet. Around here, things tend to move quite slowly, so don't expect things to happen overnight. Several weeks to several months is a better timeline to expect. @flazepe: That's Krydos.
  2. The BZip2 PHP module? What version of PHP are you using (5.6 already supports it, it can probably be added to other versions by request)?
  3. Java is an oddity. It doesn't have ssl unless you ask for it, and if you do, the non-SSL access goes away entirely (providing both would cause your account to take up two java slots). Krydos can set this up for you.
  4. Krydos pretty much explained the issue with supporting CF. Based on your screenshot though, you're missing tons of records anyway (mostly CNAMEs for www, ftp, cpanel, mail, etc.). Do as he suggests and point it to our servers to get it all working, then let CF copy the working settings. That fixes most of the CF issues we see.
  5. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should be working again.

  7. WordPress is infamous for this...as is typical for WP, it's probably either broken, hacked, has malware, or you have too many extensions installed. WP is a leading cause of load and malware suspensions, as well as phishing bans. We highly recommend that you don't use WordPress for these and many other reasons. It's just horribly written, inefficient, easily abused software. I've put a deny from all in the .htaccess for you and unsuspended you. Please fix or remove that WP installation ASAP.
  8. Unblocked. It was indeed for failed FTP logins.
  9. Unblocked. It was for failed IMAP logins, so I would suggest checking your mail clients for bad usernames and passwords.
  10. You didn't do it right. If you did, we'd be able to see them here: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=blockmaster-imports.tk&rec=ALL Make sure you select "Custom Name Servers" and enter them there. Don't use the .tk forwarding or the Freenom DNS. Once you have it set correctly, the freenom entries will all disappear from the above link. A correct domain looks like this one: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=raxsoft.com&rec=NS
  11. He actually responded to you a while back according to the topic in the admin forum. I'll let him explain the decision.
  12. WordPress is infamous for this...as is typical for WP, it's probably either broken, hacked, has malware, or you have too many extensions installed. WP is a leading cause of high load and malware suspensions, and has also been known to earn people spam or phishing bans if it's hacked. We highly recommend that you don't use WordPress for these and many other reasons. It's just horribly written, inefficient, and very insecure software. I've put a deny from all in the .htaccess for this domain and unsuspended you. Please fix or remove that WP installation ASAP.
  13. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 2 hours.
  14. Ricky doesn't support Java. You need to move to either Johnny or tommy, request Java, wait in line for several days, then once activated you can deploy this yourself in cpanel.
  15. Unblocked. Ricky has good uptime, but quite frequently is painfully slow at processing requests. You won't get a connection failure, but expect to wait 30+ seconds for sites with common software. The server is from 2005, so well past its prime. We're actually gearing up for a hardware fundraiser so we can finally get something newer. We haven't officially decided what will be replaced yet, but Ricky is currently our favorite choice due to performance.
  16. That script is either broken or too heavy to run here. I've added a deny from all to that folder's .htaccess file so the script shown won't run and unsuspended you. Please fix the problem quickly.
  17. This is intentionally disabled due to a history of abuse (pirated software and botnets).
