These can take 2 hours to work after you set them up. I'm getting the expected password prompt, so please try it again now.

OK. Domain changed. It may take up to 2 hours to take effect. If you haven't already, you'll need to set your name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or you can create an A record pointed to 64.62.151.106 (and an AAAA pointed to 2001:470:1:1ee::2002 if you want IPv6 support) on an external DNS provider. Note that the IP address above that you need to use is different from what you might see listed elsewhere in our documentation and on the forums (until a recent DDoS attack, the IP for Tommy users was 65.19.141.77).
-
Sure. Krydos can resend this.
-
This is related to your account changing IP addresses due to a recent DDoS attack. That account is working properly for me, so the account is fine on our end. There's a stale DNS record cached somewhere on your end that needs to expire or be flushed. You can try flushing the DNS cache on your PC (in a command prompt run: ipconfig /flushdns), but it might be your ISP or if you're on an enterprise network, the network's DNS servers.

Before we change the domain, what do you plan to use this account for?

[Solved] Alias for heliohost website does not work
wolstech replied to zankophi2's topic in Escalated Requests
The IP address of your account and the IP on the DNS zone for http://russianlutheran.org/ do not match. The account was moved to another IP as part of a recent DDoS attack, but the name servers need to be updated. Krydos can fix this. -
Your account is not suspended...that said, your website is: Refusing connections due to Ricky having something wrong with it Is on Ricky, which is no longer supported and is going away in the next few weeks. When that happens your account will be backed up and deleted if it's not moved before then. Is flagged as malicious by a few different antivirus products. You need to both move your account to another server and fix the malware issue. You should have received an invite to move the account to Johnny at this point, but apparently didn't use it. Do you want that resent?

The site can't be reached. Too long to respond.

Your site is hosted on the normal Tommy shared IP address, which is null routed due to a DDoS attack. Plesk's login is currently on a different IP, which is why that is working. -
Changed. It may take up to two hours to start working. Note that since the domain supposed to be on the 65.19.141.77 IP which is null routed, it won't work until either Krydos moves it to another IP, or the ongoing DDoS subsides and related null route is lifted.

Resent. -
You might have tried renewing it earlier while the server was down, but it has since recovered and the account is now active.

You're actually on Johnny, and your account is not suspended.

Tommy is down due to an ongoing DDoS attack.

I would assume K will eventually change the IP being used for Plesk so you can sign in and get the IP to update your DNS. Alternately, you can probably just ask our name servers to get the IP once it’s changed. On windows it would look like: NSlookup (domain) ns1.heliohost.org Domains generally have a zone on our name servers even if you don’t use them.

Tommy is down due to an ongoing DDoS attack. Your VPS should be up and available right now. Is it still down? There was a brief downtime for all servers including VPSes when the attack first hit, but once Tommy was null routed everything else including VPSes should've recovered. This was the announcement that Krydos posted on Discord:
-
Is that a yes you want me to delete your account? Also, Tommy is down due to an ongoing DDoS attack, so we can't move you until the attack subsides anyway...
-
It should assuming that capacity isn't available now (Krydos is the one who can answer if this capacity is available, I don't really support the VPS side of the service).

Tommy is temporarily offline due to an ongoing DDoS attack.

Krydos can set this up for you.

[Solved] REMOTE POSTGRESQL ACCESS (JAVA SPRING)

Krydos can set this up for you. -
1. You don't. We have to make all DNS changes for you if you use our name servers. Alternately, you can use external DNS like Cloudflare which will let you administer it yourself. 2. No idea at the moment as we haven't even started implementing them. Morty is the current focus. It's possible that we may end up developing/testing this implementation on that server before it opens publicly. 3. Varies depending on what type of backup it is. If it's a cpmove file, see this response I wrote earlier today: https://helionet.org/index/topic/56220-hh418669-backup-file-cannot-locate-username-wal/?do=findComment&comment=248337
