Merged. You should now see both domains in your fdevillalobos account, and that account has been unsuspended. It can take up to 2 hours for the merged domain to work again. You can buy more space if you want. It's $5/1000MB, and the max is 6000MB per person. Just send us the money and let us know the transaction ID so we can add the space for you

Do you want me to just merge the satoi account into fdevillalobos so you can have both domains and all of the databases on a single account? The fdev account has _gp, _mrpizza, _orei, _rest1, and _viaviva. The satoi account has _brand_uz, and _freddocl_pg.

We'd have to merge them for you on our side if you decide to go that route. For the moment I'll just unsuspend both accounts. Please do not log into his account anymore (or allow him to log into yours). Doing so will result in another suspension. Unsuspended. They might take a few minutes to work again.

Since devhamza already got itself suspended for load anyway, I've gone ahead and just unsuspended hamzaatfh and disabled node on it for you so it won't get suspended again. Unsuspended, it may take a little while to work again. -

The Plesk account you already have is shared Linux web hosting. If you want a real domain instead of one of our subdomains, you can just buy a domain from a registrar (we recommend namecheap), set the name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, then let us know what domain you bought, we can add it to your account. You'll obviously have to pay the registrar for the domain, but HelioHost doesn't charge anything to change or add a domain. We do not recommend using .top, .xyz, or any of those other weird TLDs, they tend to have an extremely poor reputation due to their widespread use for malware, spam and phishing. I'd stick to a .com or similar if buying a domain. That said, we can host them if you wish, just be aware that you likely will have issues with email deliverability. If you want more space, it costs $5 for an additional 1000MB. Since you already have an account with us, $10 will bring your account up to 3000MB. This is a one-time fee, not a subscription. We do not price services in any currency aside from USD, though paypal may be able to do that conversion for you. If you want to buy the space, just send us the required payment, then let us know and we can add the space. The max space per person is 6000MB. Also, since you already have an account with us, anything you do will need to be added onto the existing account. Users cannot have more than one account per the terms of service.

Wordpress and node apps are two of the biggest offenders, but plenty of other software can also cause this. If you need help with ideas for reducing the load, please let us know and we can help. Anyone can view those, but only mods/admins can create new topics in there or move a topic into that forum. Seekier already answered the suspension question. If an account is suspended for disk space overuse specifically, you can still view your site, but cannot access any file management functions until an admin deletes something for you to bring you under quota. -
We can unsuspend both, but you'll need to prove there's actually 2 people, and you'd need to agree to never log into your cousin's account again (your cousin would need to manage that himself from his own computer). If you're going to manage both websites, it would be better if we merge the accounts and move the domains from his account into your account. You can host more than one site on a single account, and you can even add a second plesk username if you want him to be able to log into it as well. The only consideration here would be that sometimes the sites don't fit, in which case you'd need to purchase more disk space. Please let us know how you want to proceed.

Merged since one is duplicate and they're both the same user anyway. Please answer the question about which account you want to keep. You're only allowed to have exactly one account. Again, which ONE account do you want to keep? If you continue to post new topics about this issue and not answer the question, you will not be unsuspended, and depending on your behavior may be subject to a permanent ban for harassing staff/misuse of the forum instead. -
As was said earlier, you’re the first and only person in almost 20 years to say this. Generally, at least in the USA, the word renew is used in the context of “to keep, extend, or continue something”, though I can see the confusion as another definition of renew is to “make new again”, which could be interpreted as “start over as if new”. We call starting over a “reset” here. Once again, apologies for the confusion on this.

One additional thing to try: Can you try opening the payment link in an incognito window and see if it lets you specify an account? When I open the link incognito on my end, I click paypal, then it asks for the email address of a paypal account to pay for your VPS. You should be able to enter the new paypal account email here and finish the payment process.

Interesting...we may need to generate a new payment link if it won't let you change the account. I've passed this on in a staff channel and we'll let you know when we have an update.

Changed and added. Please be sure to configure DNS so the domains work, otherwise they'll be disabled automatically. The changes can take up to 2 hours to take effect.

Not really. The laravel toolkit messes with a bunch of things internally on the domain. The only way we've found to fully remove/reset the Laravel toolkit is to reset the entire account, which just deletes your account and instantly reinvites you. Do you want me to do that? -
