  1. I've added those for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for them to fully work. If after a full 2 hours they don't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache As explained in our Wiki here, the folders for the addon domains will be located in your home folder with a name that matches the domains you requested, so the folder name will be 'halapp.helioho.st', etc. This should work fine for most use cases but if your specific software requires something else, please let us know and we can look into it further.
  2. I've escalated this for the attention of Krydos who can cancel your VPS subscription for you. He will reply in this thread and confirm the cancellation and that there'll be no further charges.
  3. I'm not sure if Softaculous could be installed on the VPS, so this is something for the root admins to comment on. If it is possible, you'd likely need to cover the licensing costs for it though, since that won't be included in the VPS pricing. Hestia control panel, which is free, has a "one-click install" option for WordPress that I found quite straightforward though. The steps involved are documented here, if you want to have a look while you consider your decision: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/vps/wordpress-hestia
  4. This support request is being escalated to our root admins who can grant remote access. Remote access to PostgreSQL is not granted by default, but an admin can set it up on request. Please refer to the detailed troubleshooting page here for a longer explanation: https://wiki.helionet.org/common-errors/postgres-remote-connection-error If you wanted to enable remote access yourself, you'd need to use a MariaDB database, where you can grant the remote access rights when you create the DB.
  5. I've added that for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new subdomain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache
  6. HelioHost used to use cPanel, but then they were suddenly given over 17000 reasons to stop using it. This all happened before I joined, but I think it makes for some interesting reading so thought I'd pass it along: https://helionet.org/index/topic/44324-so-long-and-thanks-for-all-the-fish/
  7. The email address of this forum account doesn't match the any of the email addresses on our hosting accounts. To enable us to locate the hosting account you refer to, please create a forum post from an account with the same associated email address as on the hosting account, or provide us with the hosting account username so we can investigate further.
  8. This support request is being escalated to our root admins who can set this up for you. Wishing you a lovely holiday, too! ?
  9. That's good news! ? I'll mark this as [Solved] then, but please let us know if the issue happens again and we'll be happy to check into it.
  10. I have added blood.msbsu.com. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache I removed dev.hhfn.org.bd as requested. Since deleting domains deletes the files for that domain, I made a full backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/account-backups To remove and re-add the next.msbsu.com domain would only risk deletion of the files in that folder and make the domain inaccessible for up to 2 hours. If you're trying to free up space in that domain's files, please delete them manually.
  11. This support request is being escalated to our root admins who can delete both your forum accounts for you.
  12. It's no trouble at all, thanks for understanding why we need to verify identity. Your hosting account has now been deleted. If you also want your forum account(s) deleted, please let us know. I guess you could add posts from each one to this thread, and we can escalate to get the forum accounts deleted too, if you wish. Thank you for using HelioHost. ?
  13. The email address of this forum account doesn't match the any of the email addresses on our hosting accounts. In order to prevent people from pretending to be others and deleting accounts, we need to confirm your identity first. It looks like you have 2 forum accounts, so it's the other one you need to post from, please. Or you could email your deletion request to 'support@heliohost.org' from the email address associated with your hosting account. If you forget what that is, please login to Plesk and at the top right, click on your Username and go to: Edit Profile > My Profile > General > External email address
  14. I just installed MediaWiki, myBB, and SitePad successfully using Softaculous on my Johnny account. If you let us know what specific package(s) you're trying to install, we may be able to offer more targeted troubleshooting guidance.
  15. Root admins are the only ones with access to the /tmp/ folder, but until one of them has a chance to check for you, something you could try is to set the Passenger environment to 'Development' using the steps on this page. It will offer more detailed error messages from Passenger that might shed more light on what is happening.
  16. I guess they changed their mind about wanting the .my domain as the main one, but since both domains are back on the account I'll mark this as solved.?
  17. Domain swaps between main domain and addon domain like this will delete all your files. Since you want an account reset anyway, the best order to do things in is to do the account reset first. When you reactivate your fresh account, just enter muj.my as the domain you want to use. Then once the account is set back up, please ask us to add adi.helioho.st as the addon domain for you. I've reset your account as requested. You should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it. I made a backup before the reset, so if you discover you need any of your old files after all, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/account-backups
  18. I am asking you a 2nd time not to post the same question multiple times on the forum. You have already asked this question, please refer here: https://helionet.org/index/topic/63170-morty-plan-planning-method/
  19. I am asking you a 2nd time not to post the same question multiple times on the forum. The new topic, that you created after you were asked the first time (https://helionet.org/index/topic/63171-how-is-morty-plan-charged), has been closed with a reference to this thread.
  20. Please do not post the same question multiple times in the forum. I have merged the questions into a single place.
  21. I've added that domain to your account for you. It's not possible to add wildcards, but you can have have up to 10 domains in total (including addon domains, subdomains, and aliases (parked domains)), for free on your account, so please let us know if you want any more added. ? Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache In the meantime for the domain to work, please either: Point your domain to the HelioHost nameservers: `ns1.heliohost.org` and `ns2.heliohost.org`, or Create A or AAAA records and point them to the IP addresses for the server you're on. You can find the IP address to use inside Plesk > Websites & Domains > [domain name] > and check at the bottom of the page.
  22. All HelioHost staff are volunteers who help out in our free time. If we have less free time because of other things (work, school, family, etc.) in life, that means we have less free time to respond to requests here. You can read more about the support structure of HelioHost, and why we do not offer ETAs like for-profit companies, at this link: https://wiki.helionet.org/hosting/repair-times#all-heliohost-staff-are-volunteers I believe the guidance is that if it's been 24 hours since a request was made, you can follow up on it with a reminder in case it was accidentally missed, but this is entirely dependent on staff having some spare free time to pick up a request.
  23. I've escalated your request to the root admins who can change your username for you. ?
  24. I've changed the main domain on your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/misc/clear-your-cache Please note there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, so I made a full backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. I know it's only quite new but just in case, you can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/tutorials/plesk/account-backups
  25. This was resolved earlier today in Discord so I will mark the thread as [Solved], but please raise a new request if you get stuck. Please note that it is sufficient to raise a request in one place only to avoid duplication of effort, since all support is done by volunteers who help out in our free time. For reference for anyone else searching the forums with this issue: Linux is case sensitive, so Mysql.php and mysql.php are different files, and we can see in the error message that the system could not find the file named Mysql.php with a capital M. We have a troubleshooting page in our Wiki that covers Linux case sensitivity issues, for more details: https://wiki.helionet.org/common-errors/linux-case-sensitivity
