Thanks I have my Tommy account setup and have been into cPanel BUT at the end of signup I received a login page --> [ https://www.heliohost.org/login/ ] using the password I entered during signup which said it was 'Good' - I received --> [ Invalid Login ] - more then one time SO using [ http://tommy.heliohost.org:2082/ ] - I had no issues and got right in to cPanel with the same password I assume there is one or more characters in my password that [ https://www.heliohost.org/login/ ] will not accept - IMO it should have told me that when I set the password NOTE: my password has 8 keyboard printable symbols - and no space character - and upper-case letters - and lower-case letters - and digits ### could you reset my forum nick now ?

if I know your "logon name" (user name) it gets me what ? if you think you domain is not known by anyone - use this link --> [ https://www.whatsmydns.net/ ] and enter your domain name (not the URL) - then click on [ Search ] and look at the map - click your browser reload icon to see more sites on the map - each of those sites has a compleat copy of your domain's DNS records IMO - the Admins will not ask anyone to post "confidential" information in this forum
