  3. are you trying to login to server Stevie ? - if so that server is currently down
  4. a Admin will need to remove your domain from server Stevie before you can use it on Johnny - same for the account's Email address
  5. The way I do it 1. Create a subdirectory in folder [ public_html ] to house the pages - I named it 'errors' - to keep them out of the way 2. Create a custom error page(s) in that directory - I usually name them like [ error404.html ] - named for the error code 3. Go to folder [ public_html ] and open (or create) file [ .htaccess ] to edit (there is a dot in front of that name) 4. Add lines (one for each error page you make): ErrorDocument 403 /errors/error403.html ErrorDocument 404 /errors/error404.html ErrorDocument 500 /errors/error500.html Save the file 5. Try to access a nonexistent file to test for a 404 error while you can use cPanel to setup your error pages - if the server is setup for it - I would not count on it
  6. was looking at sites on Johnny and started to receive page load time-outs - looked on the monitor and found blue/red lines

  18. I received the upgrade to 1000 GiB disk storage to my account I received a Email notice that my Email address had been added when I try to log in on the new site - I use (enter) my cPanel user name or my Email address - and cPanel password - but receive "Invalid Login" at that notice I can reset ( i.e. enter a new one) password - that will work on the the 'old site' and cPanel link - with account name not Email address - and not on the 'new site'
