  1. Hi, I haven't been able to sign in to CPanel or access email for a number of weeks. (I mistakenly reported problem as suspended account [http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/26643-suspended-jougleur/] but Byron advised that account was still active). Be grateful if you could check for me. Kind regards, Adrian usr: jougleur server: Stevie domain: akc.heliohost.org
  2. Hi, My account was suspended due to inactivity (my fault). Would it possible to reinstate? Kind regards, Adrian usr: jougleur server: Stevie domain: akc.heliohost.org
  3. Hi Byron, Can now log as normal. Thanks, Adrian
  4. Hi, I couldn't login to cPanel; the response was "We're sorry, but we could not find that username in the database." However, I was able to log into Heliopanel (yah!!!). Don't believe my account has been suspended as I have accessed account within last 30 days (but my memory could be playing tricks on me). HelioPanel Beta

Hi, Just taking a proper look at HelioPanel for the first time. I am really just getting my head around HelioPanel and I have some queries and suggestion which I just wanted to check if (and how) I should progress: 1. The HelioHost suspension policy states that users must access there cPanel account every 30 days or their account will de suspended. Does logging into HelioPanel count? (It seems to me it should?) 2. Could there be a cPanel link within HelioHost that would take you to cPanel home page (without having to go through cPanel login)? 3. Similarly a link to Email Accounts without having to go through cPanel login? Basically, points 2 and 3 is about being able to access some cPanel features from HelioPanel without needing to go through the cPanel login (at least until' you have developed a user friendly alternative). 4. It would be good to add the administrator pages for those applications installed via Softaculous to a HelioPanel drop-down menu? Points 2, 3 and 4 are features requests; should I post these to GitHub? 5. SQLbuddy fails to log me in. It states "There was a problem logging you in" and asks me for my user name and password but (when I enter these) it fails again? Is this a bug that I should report to GitHub or am I doing something wrong? I can see that you are developing a more user friendly alternative to cPanel and I just wanted to give you my support an encouragement for this laudable aim. HelioPanel does look good and (although, I know it will take time) it could be something really special. Kind regards, Snooze
  6. Hi byron, djbob & Geoff, Just to let you know you sorted out my site, everythings working! Many thanks for the quick response and speedy resolution
  7. Hi Byron, I uninstalled the Front Page extensions. The folders you listed were all removed but my problem is still there. These are numbers of errors, all of which are the same. Here's a sample showing the most recent errors reported on my Error log: [sun Apr 17 06:06:04 2011] [error] [client 2.100.103.127] File does not exist: /home1/jongleur/public_html/500.shtml [sun Apr 17 06:04:49 2011] [error] [client 2.100.103.127] File does not exist: /home1/jongleur/public_html/500.shtml [sun Apr 17 06:04:45 2011] [error] [client 2.100.103.127] File does not exist: /home1/jongleur/public_html/500.shtml [sun Apr 17 06:04:40 2011] [error] [client 2.100.103.127] File does not exist: /home1/jongleur/public_html/500.shtml
  8. Hi Byron, Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid it didn't seem to work for me (however, terms like .htaccess and root folder are new to me, so maybe I haven't done what you suggested?). The root folder I took to mean the main folder for my site but possibly also the main folder for any installation/application within my site? I renamed the .htaccess file (as .htaccess1) in my /public_html/ folder; the .htaccess file was regenerated but there was no effect. So I tried changing every .htaccess file I could find. The file names I changed were: /public_html/sugar/.htaccess /public_html/_vti_txt/.htaccess /public_html/_vti_pvt/.htaccess /public_html/_vti_log/.htaccess /public_html/_vti_cnf/.htaccess /public_html/_vti_bin/.htaccess /public_html/_vti_bin/_vti_aut/.htaccess /public_html/_vti_bin/_vti_adm/.htaccess /public_html/_private/.htaccess However, none of this had any effect. Any further advice very welcome.
