You were suspended for high load. However i cannot unsuspend you at this time due to you creating another account. I can unsuspend this account but the new account that you made will be suspended as you can only have one account per the ToS.

Domains currently can only be added by a moderator or root admin. This functionality will return in the future but there isn't an ETA for it.

Also have you tried clearing your browsers cache? I'm getting a 403 error when accessing your site instead of the default page.

The install by default will be located in the root directory of your domain, not /wp or /wordpress. Also did you remember to remove the default index.html that plesk adds to your domains root directory?

Moving your account to another server won't resolve this issue. Wordpress is known to be bloated and slow and we highly recommend using something else as a replacement.
