Your account was suspended for using 102 GB of memory. If you'd like to be unsuspended, please explain what steps you'll take to reduce your server load. This is the second time you've been suspended for using too much memory. -
Hi there. Please try to use English when on the forums, as most of us are not fluent in other languages. For adding a personal domain, you will either need to use HelioHost's nameservers or create an A record to Tommy's IP address. I've changed your main domain to "ramelseg.com.br", so once you update your domain settings the changes will take effect.

You were suspended for using over 100 GB of memory. While you can see your load at heliohost.org/dashboard/load, there's currently no way to see exactly what's causing your load to increase. I'll escalate your thread so an administrator can look into it for you.
