  1. It looks like your Ricky account is registered to your ...jeff@gmail.com and your VPS is registered at your ...ejeff@gmail.com address. The reason you're getting the ETA page is probably because you're trying to log in with ...jeff@gmail.com is my guess. Since you don't need the Ricky account I can just delete it for you. You can also log in to VPS using your username which is jeff.

  6. You main domain has been changed. Your website won't work and you won't be able to install ssl until you set your nameservers. You can either use ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org or you can use any external DNS service such as Cloudflare and create an A record pointed to 65.19.141.77. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

You can issue and reissue SSL certificates by logging in to Plesk and going to Websites & Domains > gsakola.com > SSL/TLS Certificates > Reissue Certificate > Check all the boxes except wildcard like below > Click get it free. Wildcard SSL certificates aren't supported yet, but they will be eventually. I went ahead and did the above for you to make sure it worked without errors, but if you need to do it yourself some day or if anyone searches and finds this it will help them. In this case there was an error because the transfer script used to only transfer the main domain, but not any additional domains. Once I realized what was happening I fixed the script, but the first few people like you only the main domain's A record was changed.   8. Did you type "default" in the "DKIM selector (optional)" box? It doesn't work unless you specify which DKIM selector you want to check.

  10. Probably not. What usually happens is PayPal attempts to run the transaction, fails, and we have to send out a late payment notice.   13. Well, I was sending one invite, and then fixing any problems that the invite had, and then sending another invite and then fixing any issues, etc. There are more problems than I expected. I'll just set it back to zero for now.

  15. Wow, good find. I've never seen that tool before, and I learned some interesting stuff from it. One thing that surprised me is Plesk's DKIM signature is valid according to everyone other than Google because the DKIM specification states that if the k tag is missing the default is rsa, but Google just calls the whole DKIM invalid if the k tag is missing. I fixed that and a few other things for one domain and it looks like this now. The only issue left is that your MX records aren't pointed at Google's servers, but I believe you need to use Google workspace for that which is not free https://workspace.google.com/pricing.html Hosting your MX records on our server and then forwarding the emails to Google is free. Test this domain out and let me know if this is working. If it works I can do the same for some of your other domains.

  18. It looks like you tried to login to IMAP with the wrong password too many times. IMAP is a mail protocol so I recommend disabling your mail clients, and making sure the saved password are correct. I have unblocked you. If you get blocked again just let us know.

  20. The early versions of the transfer script only changed the A record of the main domain. I fixed that issue eventually, but the people who were transferred before the fix ended up with some domains still pointed at cPanel. I updated the A records of all of your domains to point to Plesk, and issued an SSL certificate for you https://derek.ml/ That SSL certificate will automatically renew when it gets to less than 30 days left so you shouldn't have to worry about it from now on. Removed. I had just changed it a few minutes before you checked it.

  22. For some reason it does that with the images sometimes, but if you press Shift-F5 it starts working again.
