[Solved] Timeout Using Php React (Port Request)
Krydos replied to Elko's topic in Escalated Requests
What is the range that works? -
What's the point of even asking for help if you won't even help us troubleshoot your issue?
-
Looking through your history it looks like you have deleted and remade your account quite a few times already, and that might be the problem. Deleting and remaking your account another time might just make the problem worse.

[Solved] Website Broken After Johnny Server Update
Krydos replied to tortuga3's topic in Escalated Requests
Check out http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/installation/strict-standards-and-c5-support-errors/#688611 You can always move your account between servers on your own using the instructions located at http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account but Stevie php and mysql will be upgraded eventually too. It might make more sense to fix your site where it is now (which might only take a few minutes) rather than spend a couple days moving your site (which might not even fix your errors anyways), but that's just my opinion. -
@byron Yeah, the account exists in the ACP, but the account does not exist in cPanel. I'm trying to figure out why that happened to prevent it from happening again in the future to other users.

[Solved] Website Broken After Johnny Server Update
Krydos replied to tortuga3's topic in Escalated Requests
The database tortuga3_0003c5 should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected database. Let us know if you need an further help with this. -
That account does not exist. What did the second email you received from us during the account creation say? There might be an error message that would help troubleshoot the problem.

[Solved] Website Broken After Johnny Server Update
Krydos replied to tortuga3's topic in Escalated Requests
What is the name of the affected database(s)? It will look something like username_database. A few users have lost access to their database like this, and I suspect once we get reconnect your CMS to its database it will work again. -
Cryptophp has been wreaking havoc on our servers and very negatively affecting thousands of users. I can't just unsuspend your account. What I can do is provide you with a full backup of your data, which will include the malware files, wipe your account clean, and unsuspend the mostly empty account. Your databases, mail accounts, domains, etc will all still exist, but your files will all be deleted to ensure the infection is gone. I suggest you read http://blog.fox-it.com/2014/11/18/cryptophp-analysis-of-a-hidden-threat-inside-popular-content-management-systems/ and other information about keeping your site malware free to arm yourself with the knowledge of how to prevent this from happening again. This will be your only chance, and if your site ends up getting suspended again for cryptophp it will be a permanent suspension with no chance of recovery. Would you like to proceed?

[Solved] Timeout Using Php React (Port Request)
Krydos replied to Elko's topic in Escalated Requests
So, you can use any port above 1024? -
Your website is working now. A handful of Johnny accounts have been affected by this. Once the account is reactivated it can take up to 24 hours for the suspension message to go away on its own just like when you add a new domain or create a new account.

[Solved] Added Custom Domain And Now Site Is All Messed Up
Krydos replied to Vipansh's topic in Escalated Requests
This support request is being escalated to our root admin. -
It's been a few days and we haven't received any more spam reports regarding your account so I will go ahead and give you one more chance. If your account receives any additional spam reports it will be permanently suspended with no chance of recovery. It might have just been that you were using too easy of passwords to bruteforce so make sure you use strong passwords, and keep your personal computer free of viruses. Good luck. The account waigyuk has been unsuspended.
-
Upon closer inspection it turns out that APC isn't compatible with everything that we have installed on Johnny so I went ahead and installed xcache. Let us know how it is working for you. If it doesn't cause any problems on Johnny we will probably install it on Stevie too instead of APC eventually.

http://newfortecircle.heliohost.org/ is working. If you're still seeing the queued page make sure you clear your browser cache. newforte.cf is showing queued. The NS records and A records are correct for it now though. Try deleting it from your account and re adding it. It should start working within 24 hours once you do that. Let us know if it still isn't working after 24 hours.
-
No one ever posted a link to where this error was showing up so I can't verify it myself, but it should be working now. Let us know if you're still having any issues.

Thanks for splitting it. When people post on a thread that is already [solved] there is a high chance of the new issue getting missed and therefore never fixed. The database akula_ocar787 should now be visible to your root mysql account. You may need to delete, recreate, and reassign permissions to any database users that should have access to the affected database. Let us know if you need an further help with this.

No problem. Glad everything is working for you again.
