The error is that you picked Johnny as your server. We only just barely support ssl on that server. Nobody wants cloudflare ssl. For some reason their certificates rarely work on any of our servers, and sometimes they even break apache entirely.

That .war file could not be deployed because java is not enabled on your account. To request java and then check the status of your request go to the java button in your cPanel. Please be aware that since you picked the Johnny server the wait to receive java access is quite long due to high demand. The wait to receive java on Tommy is generally just a few hours. If you're in a hurry we recommend moving your account to Tommy. If you want to save yourself some work an admin can move your account for you if you're a donor. Just let us know the transaction ID.

Yes, SFTP does not work with any ftp accounts other than your main one, and FTPS doesn't work at all. Plain FTP with the extra accounts created through cpanel over port 21 works fine though.

You're on Tommy now, but your domain isn't going to work without some changes. You need to either set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, or update your A record to 65.19.143.6. Thanks for the donation. We really appreciate it. Yes, you need your files to be 666 at least to allow the tomcat user to write to the file. Your application doesn't run as your user and tomcat isn't in your group either so you need to grant read/write to the permissions of other.

He's on Johnny which doesn't have autossl available. You have to upgrade to Ricky or Tommy for that. Since you picked Johnny he can be a bit buggy with long delicate tasks such as installing an ssl certificate or creating an addon domain. Usually the best solution is just to try a couple times until it works. I installed a free let's encrypt certificate on my personal Johnny account yesterday and it took like 8 tries before it worked.

It's been started again. For what it's worth the script didn't actually hang up this time. It encountered a critical error and rather than making things worse the script is written to just exit out completely. The error was the hand crafted config files that I did for gustavo6 account yesterday. Everything should be good now.
