  16. This happens sometimes on Johnny because he's so overloaded. You wouldn't have this issue if you were on Ricky or Tommy. Try creating the subdomain 23creative.myhoebbiet.heliohost.org then check the addon domains page. If your addon domain shows up that means it's good and the domain should start working within 12 hours. If it doesn't show up let us know and we can take a closer look.
