I took a look at the pop3 logs, and I can confirm that google is connecting to our server successfully and downloading your emails. Unfortunately we can't access google's systems to provide support for anything that happens to your emails after they leave our server. You'd have to contact gmail support, which as far as I know is non-existent. It's probably some spam related issue though. Who knows? The only other way I know how to receive and send emails from a custom domain through gmail like you're trying to do is to set up gsuite, but that isn't free unless you're a school or a non-profit. Something that may help, which also isn't free but is probably cheaper than gsuite, is a dedicated IP. If you pay $2 per month, or $20 per year you can have your own dedicated ipv4 for your account so you won't have to use the shared server ip. I'm willing to give you a refund if you pay and it doesn't help your emails arrive in your gmail inbox correctly.

[Solved] VPS slow (and CPU at 100% during operations)
Krydos replied to maicol07's topic in Escalated Requests
Actually your VPS is the problem right now. You're causing 95.42 load, Johnny is 148.24, and the problematic VPS was at 79.30. For a comparison the rest of the VPS on the server are less than 10. -
Jenova, one of the HelioHost admins, was having trouble getting the wordpress plugin to work too on one of his personal sites. I think he finally just deleted the plugin and installed it using the manual instructions.

You can host as many domains with whatever TLDs you want on your account. This news post was in regard to the free subdomains that we provide.

That's not much information to go on. How about the exact error message perhaps?

Is there anything that bottle does that flask or django, which are both already installed, don't do? Also keep in mind that if I did install bottle on Ricky you'd have to use python 2.7.

[Solved] VPS slow (and CPU at 100% during operations)

Ok, I throttled his VPS a bit, but left the high load process running. Is it any better? -
[Solved] VPS slow (and CPU at 100% during operations)
Krydos replied to maicol07's topic in Escalated Requests
Yeah, it's the same guy over and over. The first 2 times his VPS was locked up and swapping, so a reboot was a good thing to do in that situation. He keeps running some process that uses a lot of CPU though. I've restarted it a few times even though it isn't locked up. The load goes away for a while, but then he starts the process again manually probably and the load goes through the roof again. I'm going to try throttling his CPU now. If that doesn't help I guess I'll have to write him an email about it. To give you some idea how much load this guy is causing, Johnny has 3190 accounts right now and this 1 VPS is causing more load than all of them combined. -

You're going to need a VPS for that https://www.heliohost.org/vps/

It looks like what happened is you installed Wordpress through Softaculous, and you have Softaculous set to take automatic backups. The automatic backup caused Wordpress to make a lot of load and that's what triggered the suspension.

Unarchived. Your VPS is almost done, and I'll email you the instructions to log in shortly.

At the time of this post you have zero open connections. The best way to close connections is to do so in your code. It depends on the language that you're using, but some languages like java are well known for trying to open hundreds of connections and never closing any of them. It might also be useful information for you to know that Tommy doesn't have a limit on the number of mysql connections currently. If someone starts to abuse that we may make a limit though.

The account byndvsts has been unsuspended. One ID was sent so you're allowed to have one account.

This account transfer script has successfully moved hundreds of accounts, and never lost a single file. I actually have multiple checks in place to make sure everything is backed up and there are no errors before anything is moved. Reading through the logs I don't see any errors either, and Ricky created a valid transfer file even. Tommy didn't report any errors either while extracting the data. The backup file on Ricky hasn't been deleted and only shows 12 MB, and the backup file on Tommy is the same 12 MB. I intentionally keep those files for a few months in case something goes wrong. I'm really sorry. I don't know what to say. The files just seem to be gone. It's so strange that cpanel created a fully functional backup but missed so many files. Like I said this has never happened before. When is your most recent backup? Do you want a refund for your donation since it didn't work right?

Done. Thanks for the donations.
