[Solved] Addon Domain for archiepaulnz
Unknown025 replied to archiepaulnz's topic in Customer Service
Domain added, it will take effect in about an hour. If you're not using HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP address for the domain to work. -
Cool. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

Was there a problem with this link? I don't see any record of it being used.

[Solved] 503 status on Lily + Remote DB access
wolstech replied to paladino's topic in Customer Service
Glad to hear it’s working for you. Please let me know if you need anything else. -
Node has been turned off on your domains and the node modules and cache folders have been removed. You're now sitting around 908MB. You should be able to download the backup directly from the backup/restore page in Plesk (there's an arrow on the far right to download). Is the option missing for you?

Thank you for the information

Your account has been reset, and you'll receive an email shortly with a link to complete the process and create a new account. If you need any data from your old account, a backup of your old account may be available at https://heliohost.org/backup/ once the process is complete. Note that if your account was reset due to malware or a Terms of Service violation, a backup of your account will not be created.

An issue with the free Morty trial upgrade
Krydos replied to karimhamrouni's topic in Escalated Requests
Is this a real business or is it a demo site? You can read more about the free trials at -
Domain added. It can take up to 2 hours to start working.

You can renew your account at https://heliohost.org/renew We mark accounts for inactivity to keep the servers free of abandoned accounts, if you cannot login once every 30 days then you can upgrade to Morty which doesn't have this requirement.

https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#Why_must_all_posts_on_HelioNet_be_in_English? None of our staff speak this language so we would appreciate it if you could translate your support requests to English to help reduce the work load on our unpaid volunteers. The more time you can save us on small things like this all add up and allow us to add new features, and improve our service rather than wasting a lot of time trying to translate stuff. We recommend using a service such as: https://translate.google.com/

Tommy is getting upgraded! Johnny may have thrown a tantrum and demanded to jump ahead of his place in line, but our exclusive donor server hasn't been forgotten, and is finally going to get even faster and even more up-to-date. We will be starting a major upgrade soon, and wanted to let you know what to expect. What is changing: PHP: All of the versions of PHP currently available on Tommy will still be available after the upgrade. Node.js: We are adding versions 26 and 25. All other versions of Node.js currently available on Tommy will remain available after the upgrade. Python: We are adding version 3.14. Version 3.9 will remain the same. Version 3.12 will be removed. Django: We are adding version 6.0.7 running on Python 3.14. We are removing version 6.0.3 running on Python 3.12. Flask: We are adding version 3.1.3 running on Python 3.14. We are removing version 3.0.3 running on Python 3.12. MariaDB: We are adding version 12.3. We are removing version 10.5. PostgreSQL: We are adding version 18.4. We are removing version 13.23. Unfortunately, we don't have a way of tracking which accounts are using which Python modules right now. So if you're using any modules, please take a look at https://tommy2-info.heliohost.org/pyinfo/info3.14.py as soon as possible, and request any modules that you'll need that aren't already available. In the future, we plan to add a system for tracking which modules each account needs, allowing us to pre-install them before an account is moved. For now, you will need to re-request them. You can use this link https://helionet.org/index/forum/45-customer-service/?do=add to let us know if any modules you need are missing. Another thing to keep in mind during an upgrade like this is that your IP address will be changing. If you use our nameservers, ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, your DNS records will be updated to the new values for you. If you use external DNS, such as Cloudflare, you'll need to manually update your DNS records yourself. You will receive an email with the correct values when it's time to change them. If you don't want downtime due to incorrect DNS records, you could temporarily use our DNS until you're moved, and then go back to the external DNS afterwards. You will receive an email when your account begins its migration to the new hardware, and a second email when the move has completed. We are taking volunteers to be the first ones to experience the upgraded speed and features, so if you're ready to move, let us know. If you need a little more time to make sure your website is ready for the upgrade, let us know, and we can move you to the end of the list too. If we don't hear from your we will assume you're ready to move now. Let us know if you have any questions.

Hello HelioHost Support Team, I am experiencing a technical issue while deploying a Next.js application on my HelioHost account. Issue Summary The Node.js application fails during the automatic npm install step. As a result, the dependencies are not installed, and the application cannot start. Error Message npm error code Unknown system error -122 npm error syscall open npm error path /home/<username>/.npm/_cacache/tmp/... npm error errno Unknown system error -122 npm error Invalid response body while trying to fetch https://registry.npmjs.org/... Because the installation fails, running the application also results in: next: command not found since the required dependencies are never installed. Troubleshooting Performed Verified that the application files were uploaded correctly. Confirmed that the problem occurs during npm install. Attempted to install packages manually. Attempted to update packages. The error consistently references the npm cache directory located in the account's home directory. Issue 2 – Incorrect Domain Targeting My HelioHost account contains two different domains. However, the Node.js application appears to be associated with the wrong domain. During deployment and execution, it does not target the domain I selected for this application. I expected the Node.js application to run only for my benyamina.online domain, but it seems to be using the account's default configuration instead. I also received messages related to changing the document root, and the application does not appear to be correctly linked to the intended domain. Could you please verify that: the Node.js application is attached to the correct domain (benyamina.online); the Application Root and Document Root are configured correctly; there are no conflicts caused by having multiple domains on the same hosting account. Request Could you please investigate: Why npm install fails with Unknown system error -122. Whether there is a filesystem or npm cache issue affecting my account. Whether the Node.js application is correctly assigned to the benyamina.online domain. Whether the Application Root and Document Root require adjustment because multiple domains are hosted under the same account. Thank you for your assistance.

All staff are unpaid volunteers who donate their free time. If there is no response, it is because we are busy with work/school/family. There is no guaranteed timeframe for a response to support requests. We encourage users to bump their requests if it's been more than 24 hours with no response, in case we missed it somehow. For support response timelines (SLAs and ETAs), check: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA

Possible Terms of Service violation detected

Sure. The pending suspension for the first account has been cancelled. It looks like you deleted the second one already so no action is needed there. -
[Solved] Need help investigation on download speedof file from vps to pc
Krydos replied to chak's topic in Escalated Requests
I tested the download speed of your VPS. sftp> ls -lh -rw-r--r-- ? 0 0 3.5G Jul 24 17:21 largefile.bin sftp> get largefile.bin Fetching /root/tmp/largefile.bin to largefile.bin largefile.bin 100% 3600MB 58.1MB/s 01:01 sftp> It downloaded a 3.6 GB file in 1 minute and 1 second at about 58.1 MB/s. It seems like the VPS is fine and your internet connection is probably the bottleneck. -
[Solved] Request SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for bcre.helioho.st
wolstech replied to Fabiana Morais83's topic in Customer Service
DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain bcre.helioho.st. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.
