Username: msbsurfi, Server: Johnny, Main domain: msbsurfi.helioho.st

Hello,

I have not tried to create a new account in the last few months. The last
time I have created an account on HelioHost is for my Club with username
dmcrac. Since it is a VPS, I think it is out of this rule. And I already
have another account for a non-profit organization "Helping Hand For Needy"
with prior permission from admin that I am creating a 2nd account with
username hhfn ([HH#198148] Requesting an account for " Helping Hand For
Needy " - Email Support - HelioNet

)

I can ensure that no family members/coworkers in the same wifi network have
tried to create a new one. Sometimes I use cloudflare warp for better
speed, I don't know if it triggered the problem. Can you please tell if
there is an unusual login from a foreign ip address outside Bangladesh or
Can I see my recently logged login ip so I can be sure that not
someone unauthorized accessing my account from anywhere.

Best Regards,
MD Shifat Bin Siddique

An administrator can provide more details in about ~8 hours, as it's currently nighttime in the US. It is true that VPSes are exempt from the one account rule. The other account that was detected is not hhfn. However, I'll cancel the pending suspension for your account, and if the other user reaches out, maybe we'll get more information.

No, it was not Cloudflare Warp. It was a Bangladesh IP address, not a VPN, that triggered the email. You are approved for 2 accounts msbsurfi and hhfn, but this was triggered by a third account.

I don't know how it is triggered. I have not even tried to create an account as I told before. So the email I have got is surprising.
I do not know anything about the third account. I am ensuring that I am using my accounts with the following usernames: msbsurfi, hhfn and dmcrac ... I do not have any HelioHost account other than these 3.

The suspension for your account has been cancelled and exclusions have been added for msbsurfi and hhfn (not sure why these were missing, they must have been missed back when we switched systems for multiple account detection). Since msbsurfi and hhfn are now on the exclusion list, you shouldn't receive any more of these suspicious login emails for them.

Are you using a VPN or shared network like an office or school network to access your accounts? If so, this can happen any time someone else using the same network or VPN has an account and accesses it through the same connection as you...

The account hhfn is on Morty so it doesn't need an exclusion because people are allowed to have as many accounts on Morty as you want to pay for.
