Hi akio, I cannot find an account with the details you provided in the database. Is that info you posted your Johnny account? If so, then that account appears to have been deleted; could you provide your Stevie info? Thanks,

I'm not sure of anything I can do in WHM or SSH that can fix this...
-
@James_Leon: That means that the support request is being sent to our main administrator, which can be dealt with him further. @Krydos: I'm just looking inside Stevie's WHM and are you certain that it is safe to enable this? Some things I found on WHM/cPanel.net suggest otherwise: However, according to WHM, Johnny has compilers enabled while Stevie doesn't, so I'm guessing djbob thinks it's safe. Compilers have been enabled for Stevie, and were already enabled for Johnny.

There was a topic where somebody contacting HE about getting it removed from SpamHaus. I don't know why, but the thread seemed to disappear: when I clicked on it IPB said that I had followed a broken link. Anyways, HE needed our permission to send a removal request, which I gave, except then the thread disappeared.

I'd just like to inform you of a few little updates that have taken place: Disk Space Issues We are currently aware of the issues with the main VAR folder on Stevie's system. It has come to our attention that /var is now completely full, and many PostgreSQL functions are currently unavailable. There may also be other issues that are occurring due to this issue, but just to let you know we're working to fix it as soon as we can. We are currently discussing methods of cleaning up var, but it looks tricky and might involve quite a bit of downtime. We'll keep you updated about this issue, but in the meantime you can use the Disk Space Monitor created by Piotr GRD at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/disk-space/ Website Competition It was suggested in our Customer Feedback forum hosted on Google Moderator that we place a competition related to websites. This competition is now available and users can now enter their websites at the following link; the winner will get a small reward of their own User Title on HelioNet (explained further on the main topic). It must be hosted by HelioHost however, and you can enter your sites right now at http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=10612 Thank you

As someone suggested on the Customer Feedback forum, I have decided to start up a website competition to allow people to show off their programming skills and then decide who is the ultimate winner of the competition. As a reward for the winner of the competition, they will have their own HelioNet User Title of their choice. The default user title is based on your current rank, such as 'Rank I Member', and is displayed on every post the user makes. The winner can change their user title to whatever they please. There are a few rules that the contestants will have to follow however: - The website must be hosted on HelioHost on either Stevie or Johnny. - The website must follow the HelioHost Terms of Service. - Entries are open right now. - Voting will commence in a week (4th October), where no further entries are permitted. - A week after the votes start (11th October), the competition will be closed and the results will be in. If you wish to enter, please reply to this topic with your site's URL and your HelioHost username (for proof). Remember we're looking for programming skills and styling skills. Have fun!

@Piotr_GRD: Yeah, we noticed that and djbob has been notified. I was going to say that, but I doubted var was related to home.

Mines showing 0.02 MB when it should be 93 MB.

Actually, djbob fixed the problem we were having a few days ago. I have successfully unsuspended your site, and it appears to be loading fine now.

Ae you sure you are using the correct information? The host is ftp.cine.heliohost.org and the username/password is the same as your cPanel ones.
-
Are you sure yo are uploading to public_html? All files should be inside there. Also, when I go to your domain I see a test page with a gray table.
-
Yes, I have. This is really weird, so... This support request is being escalated to our root admin. UPDATE: This is because the corrupt domain tool has stopped working: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=10486

I am currently busy developing a neat little script that will replace wiki.heliohost.org in any post with the new link I found out this morning that it's pretty intensive and I need to try and do it when Cody's server load is down, and I can only retrieve a certain number of posts at a time or it will timeout or go on a continous load. I'll let you know how I get on. UPDATE: It appears that there are over 70,000 posts that the script has to search through, so I now understand why it hanged when I ran it earlier!! I've decided to run the script in batches of 5,000 with breaks of 20 seconds in between batches. This means the script will take around 10 (+5 minutes for the processing) minutes to run if everything goes to plan. If not, I'm gonna have to shorten the batch amount which will take considerably longer.

Look at the site you're trying to register. There is already a site there: http://on-games.cz.cc/ Could you PM me your cPanel username and password so I can take a look?
-
Httpd.conf is operated by HelioHost and cannot be accessed by you. We have a script we can run to do this, but I don't have access to the command line right now so I'll run it tomorrow (unless another admin beats me to it).

Great; thanks for sharing -
Hello again As you might already know, the HelioHost Wiki hosted on Stevie (meaning that if Stevie is having issues, it would be affected). However, as part of the recent admin access to Cody, the HelioHost Wiki has been moved over to Cody. We have made a full transition over to this physical server, and have a new simplified web address to share with you. The new web address for the HelioHost Wiki is http://wiki.helionet.org/ These changes are being put into effect immediately, and the old address has become obsolete. Please update your bookmarks, links, etc with the new address. Thanks, The HelioHost Staff

Oh I forgot to post a news topic; thanks for letting us know . The wiki has been moved to Cody and therefore has a new, simpler URL: http://wiki.helionet.org/ Thanks

I doubt any 'fancy stuff' was done. This is an option from within WHM that we used to show the Queued page. Also, I have bought my own VPS server and installed Apache and Kloxo on it. Whenever I hook a domain up to it without adding a Client, it displays the following: Before I installed Kloxo, it used to come up with an Apache Default Webpage. I doubt it will have any conflicts or major downsides.
