  4. A reinstall would not be easy, as I think it is included within cPanel itself and very hard to modify correctly. This issue is known, but has not been resolved. Hmmm... this is an interesting idea for HelioPanel......

  6. Yeah, I have AVG and it is really great! Whenever I go on a suspicious website (probably once every couple of months) then lots of flashing red lights appear!1 Without AVG, my computer would probably be dead right now. Although, now thinking about it, I think it might have been AVG who corrupted my computer and put my computer into Safe Mode once...

  8. Yeah that command will do the same as the ACP, Krydos. However, when you use that command, I don't think it will change the STATE in the database. For example, if there was an account that the ACP recorded as SUSPENDED, then if you ran that command, the account would unsuspended but the ACP would still show SUSPENDED.   11. Thank you for submitting your password change request. Unfortunately the ACP decided to break and fail, so I had to use alternative methods to change your password. I can now login to your cPanel with your new password, so please try it out and make sure it works. Also, if MySQL, FTP, or any other features are still set to the old password, please let me know.

  14. I have found your account, and I think you have made a slight mistake. You set your Hosting Username to avni and your Forum Username to WFTW. Doesn't really matter though. You'll need to use avni when you login to your cPanel though. When your account is active, I am given the ability to change your username if you wish. Right now your account is queued, so you can use this script to check the status: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/status Remember, use avni as your username.

  17. Here's how you need to setup your domain. Go to the JustHost website (where you bought your domain) and find the option to add /nameservers/. Then, delete all the current nameservers (that PenTester outlined) and replace them with these nameservers: ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org This can take up to 48 hours to take affect.

    @Mehran - Please read this news topic: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=10421 @us12 - I see the server load fine, try clearing your internet cache.
