Your old account may not have been completely deleted before you created twinky. Currently twinky is active and has a working online website.
To verify this account is yours, and you wish this account to be deleted, please tell me the email provider used during signup (for example, @gmail.com).

The reason you are seeing that error is because the database has found another account in the database with the same IP address as you. The account is queued and named 'twinky' - is this your account?
A cron job is a scheduled task that is run every so often (specific to the webmaster). Every time a cron job is run, it executes a command onto the server. HelioHost has a limit of 2 cron runs (not jobs, runs) per day.
For example, you could make a cron job that clears a MySQL Database every 12 hours. However, with byron's script you can do much more advanced scripts
I cannot find the account 'alpha57' in the database; it was probably deleted due to inactivity. Feel free to make a new account; you should have a backup you can restore (as we advise it in the TOS).

Hmm, well at the top of the zone file it did say
## Managed By cPanel 11.30 ##
Djbob might be able to do something, but he's not been very activate recently. I just tried logging into WHM using the usual admin user/pass and it didn't work; likely djbob only wants himself to have access to WHM and not the support admins.
I can see your site and cPanel fine. At the moment on your site, I can see an empty directory listing. I can also see your cPanel fine. If you still see your old host's info please clear your cache.
In your post, you misspelled your domain. I presume your domain is laptopsearch.in , not laptopserach.in
You can access your cPanel using the login from at the bottom of the HelioHost homepage.
I was looking online for the location where the zone files might be, and when I looked there were thousands of files with everyone's domains, like wiki.heliohost.org.zone.db. When I went into editing mode, the top line said something like '## Managed by cPanel 11.30 ##' so I decided not to touch them.
Would we need to access WHM in order to change the DNS? No idea what the username and password is for WHM.
Not anymore; about a week ago djbob gave all the administrators access to Cody. I have successfully copied the database, files and configuration over to Cody.
I've alerted the other administrators since I have no clue how to transfer the wiki.heliohost.org domain.

At the top of HelioNet, above the Intentional Grammar Warning, there is a Google AdSense ad. Also, below the cPanel logo, there is a Google AdSense ad. Maybe you have AdBlock on?
Well, most official HelioHost facilities (such as HelioNet, Scripts, and more) are hosted on Cody. So, maybe the wiki would be best on Cody.
I can't really determine which server is more stable.
