  1. Do you have a second email you could use instead?
  2. From what I understand, you need to paste that code into the .htaccess inside your Concrete installation folder. If there isn't a .htaccess there then you will probably need to create one. If you are using cPanel File Manager then you will need to tick the checkbox that says 'Show Hidden DotFiles' when accessing it (picture below). Not sure though.
  3. Your welcome Yes, whenever you access phpMyAdmin your site will show Internal Server Error. When you leave phpMyAdmin your site will be restored five minutes later. The administrators are equipped with tools that allow us to see what processes you are using so we can inform you what processes you are using if you wish.
  4. @cl58 - Yeah, that would be the best way. @sheligalo - Let us know if it works.
  5. Whenever you access phpMyAdmin or cPanel File Manager, it opens up lots of processes onto your account. We have a process limit of 7, and if you exceed this limit (by accessing PMA or CFM) then your site temporarily shows an Internal Server Error until 5 minutes after you quit PMA/CFM.
  6. I can see your site fine, so I presume you mean that you are unable to login to cPanel. Your account has been manually unsuspended. If you still see the suspended page then you should try clearing your browsers cache. http://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_your_cache -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  7. Your welcome -- Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.

    Apache Test Page

This is very weird, but it appears that this line in your code is returning the Apache Test Page: $url='http://www.rhymezone.com/r/rhyme.cgi?Word='.$word.'&typeofrhyme='.$type.'&org1='.$org1.'&org2=l&org3='.$rare; $data = file($url, FILE_USE_INCLUDE_PATH | FILE_IGNORE_NEW_LINES); From the looks of it, Stevie thinks that the contents of your $url is the Apache Test Page and not the standard rhymezone page. This has really confused me; sorry. Maybe somebody else might be able to help you further...
  9. When you add a Parked Domain your main domain (.heliohost.org probably) is still active. So is all of the other Parked Domains if you have any. Parked Domains all resemble somebody's public_html. When creating a parked domain, no other existing domains are deleted or affected in any way. HelioHost offers users an unlimited amount of Parked Domains. What do you mean by 'other domain'?
  10. I recommend reading up on Parked Domains, which you can add within your cPanel: http://wiki.helionet.org/Parked_domains

  12. I might be able to make a few banners for HelioHost. Here's one I made ages ago:
  13. I think a 'Parked Domain' might be more suitable for you, as I have used parked domains before on my site and it gives me multiple domains each resembling public_html http://wiki.helionet.org/Parked_domains
  14. This is interesting... in the last 12 hours Johnny has been down but Cody has been flawless:

    Down again???

Please look at the server monitor for downtime information for Johnny: http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/
  16. Thanks, and glad your having a pleasant experience with HelioHost Actually, we already have advertisements in all of these places. - Forums: If you look right at the top underneath the HelioNet above the Intentional Grammar Warning we have some Google AdSense ads. - Main page: On the home page we advertise our server colocation providers next to the HelioHost logo at the top and a Google AdSense ad on the sidebar of each page not forgetting an AdSense ad in between each paragraph on detail pages. - Control Panel: When logged into the control panel, there is a Google AdSense ad underneath the cPanel logo at the top of the page.
  17. You need to add our name servers via your domain registrar ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
  18. Thanks Blacknight! :D

  19. You could keep both domains and add your domain as a Parked Domain under cPanel: http://wiki.helionet.org/Parked,_Addon_and_Sub_Domains Or, you could just keep your new domain functional by using the main domain change script: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain To allow our servers to communicate with your new co.uk domain, you will need to add our nameservers to your domain. Use your domain registrar's website to set these nameservers (and delete existing ones): ns1.heliohost.org ns2.heliohost.org
  20. There was a problem with your account's record in the database. I have fixed it and your site is now showing fine: If you still see the suspended please please clear your internet cache.
  21. I haven't verified that webmail isn't working, but I'll escalate it anyway This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

You can go ahead and login right now. - HelioPanel is still under development and we are currently working on version 0.5, meaning you may still experience a couple of hiccups with the software. But don't worry; these will be solved within 24 hours. You can make HelioPanel better! HelioPanel is constantly being updated via the HelioPanel GitHub Project, where issues are solved, wikis are made, and source code is developed. If you have found a bug or have a feature suggestion then please go to the HelioPanel repository on GitHub and create a new issue if one hasn't been created already.
