  1. It appears that Stevie is experiencing a few technical difficulties right now: all sites are showing queued. I will run the script that should fix the issue - this will vary between 30 minutes - 2 hours. This issue has been resolved. I see your site fine.
  2. Hello there. It appears that we are experiencing some technical difficulties on Stevie. All websites hosted on the Stevie server are currently showed as queue. I am now working on resolving this error which will take 30 minutes to 2 hours. In the meantime, please keep all discussion in this topic. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your cooperation in this unexpected downtime. Thank you UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. Closing.
  3. @xaav - I escalated this because djbob might not want an index file there, and I just wanted to let him know that that's what I did. You can deescalate this if you want.
  4. I'm still confused over what the problem was, since the What is HelioHost? link works fine. I just removed the question mark from the end of What Does HelioHost Offer, and somebody had already made a redirection to go to the page with the question mark - seems to be working fine now. Still confused over how this happened on just one page though.
  5. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  6. Aha! I have been doing some serious research and rooting through the files on Stevie, and have found the problem. This the image that the server is trying to access: /cPanel_magic_revision_/frontend/x3/branding/icon_sprites_img.jpg This is the image that the server should be accessing: /frontend/x3/branding/icon_sprites_img.jpg That is the problem. Also, /cPanel_magic_revision_/ doesn't even exist. Djbob tried upcp again but it made no change. I'm not going to mess with cPanel's core files...
  7. Oh yes looks like it was my cache causing the problem. I have changed the Main Page to point to a page without the ? on the end which redirects, seems to have fixed the problem
  8. Good idea, Krydos. I have added an index.html to the directory which redirects to HelioHost.org.
  9. I saw that a few minutes ago, but now it's fine?
  10. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.

  12. It appears that the server's root is pointing to /home/djbob/public_html/ on Stevie. I'm not going to touch anything, so This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  13. Kind of like a Post2Host kind of thing? HelioHost used to do this with Helions, but then it was stopped. Don't know why.
  14. Your welcome! -- Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  15. Oh yeah. Hmm, I wonder how I would be able to fix this...
  16. Closing. This problem is solved, and there is no need to continue the discussion.
  17. I see your site fine Please try flushing your DNS.
  18. You must wait until your old account is completely deleted. Right now, your old account is in the Deletion Queue.
  19. Your account is showing suspended because you have not logged into cPanel in 30 days. You can reactivate your account here: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew
  20. Actually, the HelioHost homepage is a Joomla installation, and that scroll bar is part of the theme we used. The theme was made by RocketTheme and you can download it here: http://www.rockettheme.com/joomla-templates/elemental It comes in about 4 colours - we used orange.

    PostgreSQL

Well, djbob told me to do the first command and I tried that but it didn't work. Then I tried finding any similar scripts on the server, and it succeeded: [root@stevie]~ locate restartsrv_postgres 2 results found /scripts/restartsrv_postgres /scripts/restartsrv_postgresql I tried the second command and it fixed it.
