licobob johnny southtexaschl.com So far my main domain is still showing up as queued. I have had this account activated since the end of May when it had to be deleted and started over from scratch because the adminstrators could not figure out why my account was corrupted. Currently I have two addon domains that work perfectly since re-creating my account. Can you please investigate as to why the main domain is still showing as queued? Additionally, this is preventing me from accessing the ftp sight to work on the databases for the two addons that are accessible. Thanks for your assistance.

That's the problem. I did initially add the www, but I went back and changed it. After a day or so it shows up the domain without the www but when I try to modify the zone entries, they are keeping the www. For example, I will edit the www.matchfire.org. by taking out the www, the result comes out "matchfire.org.www.matchfire.org."

I had a previous thread open on this topic which is now closed as [sOLVED]. Yes my domain now states that it is "matchfire.org", however under zone editor the lowest site listed is "www.matchfire.org.". I try and change the listings under the zone editor and it will ALWAYS put "www.matchfire.org." after any entry, as a matter of fact, one of the default entries is "www.www.matchfire.org.". I went to change the main domain name using the script under the support tab but it is not changing to what I am trying to change it to. It did change from mydomain.heliohost.org but not how I envisioned. I put in my username, password, and matchfire.org. Now the main domain name displays as www.matchfire.org. The site was working fine a few hours ago. This morning I tried to get on and it is giving the error again. Have not logged into cPanel or through FTP. As I said before, it is a hit and miss (mostly miss) if it is going to come up. This is the first time I have been having this error this frequently. Normally the site works great.

User: licobob Site: southtexaschl.com Server: stevie I am running into a '500 Internal Server Error' just about everytime I try and access my sites. I can log in through cPanel and through an FTP connection but through a browser I keep running into the 500 error most of the time. The site, as well as the addons, was created via Softaculous.

Looked in the redirect section and there are none for the addons listed. I guess I will give it 24 hours either way to see if it clears up. Thanks. Additionally, when I try and access a folder within the domain I get an 'Error 404, requested URL was not found on this server' error. The folders are visibly there when accessing through FileZilla or cPanel's file viewer.

southtexaschl.com licobob stevie I just added two addon domains without any problems, however, when I go to the sites I am directed to the main site each time. I used softaculous to install phpBB on 'gamespan.net' and BlackNova Traders on 'matchfire.org'. Viewing the folders, the installs seem to have taken just fine. Can you please let me know why the domains are redirecting to the main site vice opening with their own index files? Thanks for the assistance.

First of all, I did read the suspension policy. However, I never received an email stating my account was being suspended. Secondly, last time I logged in to cpanel was about a week ago. The renew site worked so all is good now.
