    HelioPanel Beta

HelioPanel 0.3 BETA In the last couple of weeks, Geoff, cl58 and I have been coding some new outstanding features that should improve your HelioPanel experience. In this big release, there are many changes and improvements that we are releasing today. As a result of our development, you may have been noticing recently that the HelioPanel Project website has been non-functional for a while. Fortunately, that is back online since 0.3 BETA is now available. Features - One central HelioPanel: In this release you do not need to store any files on your personal website space. Instead, after filling in the install script, navigate to our central HelioPanel which is constantly updated with the latest updates - no need to reinstall! - Automatically detect user: Instead of telling us the location of your home directory in installation, HelioPanel automatically finds it for you. - Automatically delete install.php after installation - Ajax module boxes: The file manager now uses beautiful Ajax module boxes instead of popups. - Access the PHP Info page. You can install and access the Panel from the official website: http://heliopanel.heliohost.org/
  6. Well, it might have been done accidentally since it seemed he had some kind of radio system setup. @Geoff - You can see the account for youself, and suspend it if you like. I mentioned the username in one of my previous posts.
  7. Okay, here is the history: 1st. All sites showed a directory listing that was resembling another user's website. 2nd. I changed the directory listing to the Technical Difficulties page to avoid confusion. 3rd. The owner of the affected site deleted my technical difficulties page and replaced it with ads. 4th. I suspended the account temporarily making all accounts show the suspended page. 5th. When the issue was solved, I unsuspended the account and all websites showed fine.
  8. I have only suspended the account temporarily just to ensure that all accounts don't show that radio page. I'll unsuspend it when this fixed.
  9. We need to wait for the root administrator (djbob) now, since there is nothing I can do to resolve the issue. Yeah, all accounts are showing suspended now because of
  10. Not sure what to say; sorry. Maybe someone else can help...
  11. Which country do you live in? Looks like the user got rid of our index.html and added new files. Suspending. I do not believe that we have had many problems recently, other than the power outage that was out of our control. Also, this problem will last a maximum of 24 hours (approximate), and this is very rare. Last problem like this was about 2 months ago. We deal with problems within hours; we have thousands of users; we offer free hosting with most features unlimited. In my opinion, that is professional. Your welcome Thanks
  12. It's alright. Did the renew script work?
  13. Are you able to access http://area52.heliohost.org/ ? Can you access your site through http://www.cl58services.co.cc/#proxy ?
  14. @wacko - Have you tried flushing your DNS? #Johnny - I have found that the user that is showing is rafaelca. I am going to place a index.html in that directory to avoid confusion.
  15. We have been made aware of some technical difficulties that are currently occurring on Johnny. It appears that all sites on Johnny are showing an unrelated directory listing that does not match the contents of the user's public_html. We have alerted the root administrator, and we will solve the problem as soon as we can. We have an escalated topic open here. Please use this topic for discussion: http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=10161 Please do not create any more topics related to the matter. Any new topics will be merged with the above. This news topic is closed since the above topic is open for discussion Thank you for your cooperation
  16. @germantogo - It appears all accounts on Johnny is having this problem. This support request is being escalated to our root admin. @wacko - You are on Stevie. When I navigate to your site I see this page:

  18. By "logging into your account" Krydos means logging into your cPanel. According to database records, you last logged in correctly on July 12th - are you sure you are logging in via the HelioHost Homepage and not using a bookmark?

The GitHub repository is now resembling 0.3BETA, which is currently in testing stages and some areas do not work. As a feature in 0.3BETA, there is one central HelioPanel which all users can access after installing it on their account with the link Krydos mentioned above. Due to this feature, please do not download from GitHub for these reasons. As an alternative, please use Krydos' link Thanks
