  1. So, can I set up another account under the name as before (alpha57), using the same domain name (which I am the registrant for) and the same reference email address?

  4. This is the 'test' account that I queued to prove that it was probably the 'alpha57' details that were causing the problem. The 'database' would NOT allow me to register details for 'alpha57' EVEN BEFORE the twinky account was queued. What would be the best way through here? PS: The 'twinky' account is NOT needed. Please feel free to delete from the queue.
  5. I have tried to re-register with the same details as were used with 'alpha57' originally and get the message: "We're sorry, but an error was encountered during signup. Please try again later." When I queued with a totally new name and details, the process is successful. Am I not able to register an account under the same conditions as the 'expired' account you could not find a trace of? What are my options?
  6. The account 'alpha57' appears to have been suspended and I am unable to use the Retrieve Account facility to recover it. The account usually resides on Stevie. Heliohost main domain is alpha-informatics.co.uk Please can this be remedied.
  7. All working again. Many thanks byron. This happened because I forgot to log in (as you are supposed to) once a month. I think people like me need to setup a recurring Outlook/Notes reminder to log into cPanel when website development work is on the 'back burner' in excess of a month.
  8. Hi My account 'alpha57' is currently suspended, presumably through lack of logging into cPanel enough. The reactivation process fails to recognize my account offering the following response: We're sorry, but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error. It is not clear WHY my account name cannot be found or what to do now. Hence, I am making this forum entry Can an administrator please reactivate the account? Kind regards, alpha57
  9. Hi I have also queued a request for a hosting account over two days ago. When I check the queue status I am told that my account is number 41 in the queue and is due for creation at a certain time in the future (about 3 hours). Every time I check back, the prdicted time has slipped further on. Automatic emails sent after registration detail that accounts will be created within 24 hours and activce within 48.
