    What's your username and domain name? What ftp client are you using and how are you trying to connect to stevie's ftp?

    It's working for me. Try clearing your cache.

    He's referring to the renew script here: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew He didn't get banned from that script. He just couldn't use it because his site was suspended for high load. That script above is to renew your account if you fail to login to your cpanel every 30 days.

    I've reset your password and verified the login and you should see the email in the gmail you signed up with.

    You said your username was Zorawar. Are you typing all letters in lowercase when you try to login?

    I'm not seeing your username or domain name in our database. Try registering again and make sure to check your email later for another email saying that something went wrong.

    It probably became active when you used the renew script and it just didn't return an ok. If you try to renew more than once, then you get an error. Did you say you were able to login to your cpanel?

    Give it 2 or 3 more days to resolve. The Johnny server can be slow to queue accounts.
