  1. There's no need to chmod the file more than once. It won't change it's permissions unless you change them. You can check and change your file permissions at your cpanel File Manager. The error I'm seeing is a coding error: Use of uninitialized value in string eq at login.pl line 29
  2. Can you be more specific about your problem? Another thing is that the server your on (Johnny) isn't that stable. If your not using ASP.NET, Ruby on Rails, or JAVA you really should be on the Stevie server.
  3. Okay try your script now. This is the only error I'm seeing now from your page: Use of uninitialized value in string eq at login.pl line 30. http://tonyalepski.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/login.pl
  4. Your account was suspended for the following reason: Malware. 1 file(s). Win.Trojan.Fraudst-48 FOUND That means that there are some malware files found on your account. For your safety and to protect your website from potential further corruption the account has been suspended. To find the infected files we recommend making a backup of your site, download the backup file to your computer, and scan the backup using a reputable virus and malware scanner. If you're having trouble locating the offending files please ask and we can provide more information. If you are you certain that it is a false-positive, we strongly encourage you to file a false positive form here: http://cgi.clamav.net/sendvirus.cgi Your account should be unsuspended now, but keep in mind that this is a temporary unsuspension. You have 24 hours starting at the time of this post to clean your account of any and all malicious files or your account will be resuspended.
  5. You can install it from your cpanel. Go to your cpanel and look for Perl Modules and then do a search for "CGI::Session". Follow the instructions you see at your cpanel. I'm not sure we can do that per user folders. I'll escalate this to Krydos and see if he knows.
  6. All cgi/perl files need to have permissions 755. I went ahead and chmoded your login.pl to 755 for you and it's returning an error now: http://tonyalepski.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/login.pl Just so you know cgi/perl is working on your site, I created a simple date/time page and you can find it here: http://tonyalepski.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/date.pl

  8. There was a dns entry for this domain muradtakla.com and it was keeping you from signing up. You should have received an error message like this following the first email: Ok I've deleted the dns entry and you should be able to signup without any problems.
  9. I see "Welcome To Car World" when I go to your sub-domain. Clear your browser's cache.
  10. Ok try signing up with that domain again.
  11. Go ahead and create your file with a .php extension and then add this to the .htaccess: Options +MultiViews Then you can remove the .php from the url like this: http://bybyron.net/test/hello_world or http://bybyron.net/test/hello_world.php Also work for image files. This is how it works here at heliohost. Not sure about HostGator.
  12. You were blocked for having 206 FTP connections on Wed Jul 30 11:28:47 2014. Ok I've removed your ip from the blocked list.

  15. @jjgmdj - Just use a free reminder service to remind you every month: http://www.memotome.com/ @yashrs - When we first started out Ashoat (owner) had it setup to delete after being inactive for 30 days. I know I've seen allot of old accounts in the database but just figured the deletion script was broken. Not sure if Krydos has fixed it or not so that's why I say don't wait over 30 days.
  16. Well another alternative would be to pay $30.00 dollars a month to a paid host and then you could write them a check for 6 months at a time. We don't ask for much. Just a simple login to your cpanel every 30 days. If you can find a better offer than heliohost, please let us know. Our free plan beats out most paid hosts. http://www.heliohost.org/home/about
  17. It's supposed to get deleted if inactive for 30 days. Not sure how long it is now but I wouldn't risk waiting over 30 days before I renewed my account.
  18. Would you like one of the admin. to change it for you and email it to the email address you signed up with?
