    The only way to change your hosting account username is by resetting your account. if it's the forum account, a root admin can change it.

    Also using these protocols will make your website an easy target for hackers. tls 1.0 was released in 1999 and 1.1 was released in 2006. Today you should never use standards that are very old such as these two.

    looks like license for plesk will need to be renewed. softaculous seems to already have expired. Krydos would need to renew these.
