  1. Also remember to keep track of your load at https://heliohost.org/dashboard/load/
  2. Your account was suspended because Wordpress is causing too much load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. This is really common for Wordpress. It can cause massive amounts of load even if you're hardly getting any traffic to your site. Wordpress is also incredibly insecure and very easy to hack. We see Wordpress accounts get hacked all the time and usually the hacker sets up a phishing site on your domain. We strongly recommend using any software other than Wordpress. Something that might help is this wp2static plugin. It will speed up your site, reduce the load you cause, and reduce your chance of getting hacked. If you try it let us know how it worked out for you. If you insist on using Wordpress you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access. Wordpress sites load relatively slowly on our shared hosting, but they will be much faster on a VPS.
  3. This support request is being escalated to our root admins.
  4. Account has been reset and a new invite has been sent.
  5. I personally use the WP Fastest Cache plugin when i use WP. It won't completely solve the load issue, but it would probably lower the load to an amount to where you're not constantly getting suspended.
  6. You can use caching plugins, static site converters (like Gatsby), or completely stop using WP in general. Wordpress is known for being bloated and using excessive resources even when you don't do anything with it after you install it.
  7. this was caused by the WordPress installation on ibroschoolnepal.com
  8. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic, you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access.
  9. You were suspended for causing high server load (130.37 GB memory in 3 hours) i unsuspended your account. Try and optimize your software so it doesn't go over the limit and get you suspended again. The limit is 100GB of Memory and 10k CPU every 24hrs
  10. You will need an invite to make another account
  11. This is likely an older account that was ready to be transferred when Ricky or Tommy still had cPanel, which no longer exists.
  12. Added
  13. Have you checked your spam folder for the email? Most emails from us end up in spam in gmail.
  14. Account deleted, make sure to post the transaction ID when you donate.
  15. Tommy and Johnny both have Python and Django support. But you would need to watch your account load when using it. You could also get a VPS to avoid load suspensions and give you more customization of your software.
  16. Yeah i don't think that's possible on a free helioho.st subdomain.
  17. That's a wolstech question. I know a lot about windows but i rarely use IIS. He could tell you way more than i could.
  18. wolstech can create an account for you when he is back on. Just to inform you that right now you can only manage your account through FTP. But Plesk may be added to Lily in the future which would make it a lot easier to manage your account that way.
  19. The gateway timeout error could have been Apache doing a scheduled restart. Which is also normal.
  20. The 403 forbidden error was perfectly normal. It just meant that you didn't have an index page.
  21. Johnny still has issues, ignore my post
  22. Logins are back up. Let someone know if you have issues.
  23. Logins are back up for Tommy. Let someone know if you have issues.
