[Solved] ETA different account from email and username.
Krydos replied to yoreparo's topic in Escalated Requests
Oh I meant to post a reply here. He DM'd me on Discord and we got this straightened out already. -
Thanks again https://www.heliohost.org/eta/?u=juriscon

In order to change you password securely go to https://www.heliohost.org/password/ and enter your email address and the new password you would like to use. Please be aware that since cPanel no longer works it will not instantly update your password. Once you have submitted your password through this page make a post here on this thread to let us know that it is done and I can update SFTP with the new password that you submitted. Once submitted the password will instantly be hashed and stored securely so no one, not even me, will ever have access to the plaintext password.

Thanks for the donations. There you go https://www.heliohost.org/eta/?u=juriscon If you let us know the date and amount of the second transaction ID we might be able to find it, but like Wolstech said it only counts towards the ETA if it was on or after 2020-07-14.

He was suspended for high Wordpress load on 2021-06-07. I deleted all the suspended accounts from the database, but didn't bother to actually delete the accounts themselves. Since they didn't exist in the database anymore they wouldn't be transferred to Plesk, and then when the cPanel server was deleted they would be gone forever so it wasn't worth the extra effort to delete them one by one. I have restored the database entry from a backup. The database structure has changed considerably since the backup was taken so it took quite a bit of editing by hand to make it work in the new database. I also manually unsuspended the old account and it seems to be working still. @Abhisoodyou can log in via SFTP to manage your files if you want to. If you need to reset the password let us know and we can explain how to do that. If you need to install a new SSL certificate that can be done as well. Since your account is active now and you have a database entry you will be transferred to Plesk eventually as well. Once the transfer process starts you can check the ETA with this page https://www.heliohost.org/eta/?u=abhii100

The two method's that are confirmed to work is ZeroSSL's https://zerossl.com/ free 90 day certificate, and I've personally used this Windows executable project https://github.com/do-know/Crypt-LE/releases to create let's encrypt free 90 certificates that install just fine too. There was also a guy that purchased a one year certificate from somewhere and it installed just fine too. I think you're the third certificate that didn't work, but I didn't keep track of the non-working ones to compare what it was about them that caused the issue.

Were there donations other than the one you posted the transaction ID for? That one is showing up on the eta https://www.heliohost.org/eta/?u=cktrack

I tried it like 8 different times and every single time it would crash apache and everyone's websites on Ricky would all go offline until I removed your ssl certificates and restarted apache. Only a couple other certificates have done this and I'm not sure why. What service did you use to generate the certificate?

This one slipped through the cracks too somehow. It's like the forum just marked everything as read somehow without me actually reading anything. Thanks for the donation. There you go https://www.heliohost.org/eta/?u=tstamp

It looks like the problem was Hestia locked up. You could tell that it was locked up because going to https://vps11.heliohost.us:8083/ would result in a 500 error instead of a login page. The /usr/local/hestia/bin/v-update-sys-hestia-all command was trying to update Hestia, but after the update it would try to restart Hestia and the restart would fail because the old Hestia process was locked up and not responding. I killed the locked up Hestia process, and ran the updates and everything seems to be working now. Let us know if you need help with anything else.

We could edit the [Krydos] multimod to add a message instead of just editing the title? I think the original reason the [Krydos] multimod didn't add a message is because a lot of times people were using the escalation multimod followed immediately by the [Krydos] one so it was kind of silly to have two messages tagged on there.

There you go https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=cj7limited.nl https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=stamphaus.nl Sorry, I'm not sure how this one slipped through the cracks, but it's a good thing you bumped it because I never saw the original post on Monday. Not sure who escalated it either since they moved it instead of using the escalation multimod. Maybe that's why it was marked as read.

I see the payment in the system and you're good until July now. It's not a problem to make a payment and then immediately cancel it so your friend doesn't automatically get charged again. Let us know if you need help with anything else. Thanks.

You can use this link if you want to pay for another 6 months for $21.60 (which includes a 10% discount) https://www.heliohost.org/vps/pay/?code=Vg9WFIP3qfSZtsli You can also switch to a month to month payment plan for $4 per month if you want to. Let me know if you'd rather do that. If anything goes wrong with your VPS Yash and I can help you fix it. We could even wipe the hard drive and reinstall the OS for you so don't worry about your VPS breaking.
