  1. This link http://kisik.heliohost.org/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi will always show queued because that is your queued page. This link http://kisik.heliohost.org will load your site and anything you put on it.
  2. I did some searching and found an alternate url to access byron's sign-up tool: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/helio/sign-up.php Most of our links to this tool (including on the wiki) use uni.cc service which seems to have shut down permanently. I edited the wiki and updated the link there too: http://wiki.helionet.org/Signing_up#I_get_...een_exceeded.3F QUOTE (Travis B @ Oct 11 2011, 07:20 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Hello! I just deleted my account on Johnny in anticipation of switching to Stevie. I figured I was getting up early enough. Guess not What's a good time to register for Stevie? When I created my account on stevie I stayed up until signups reset (2am where I live in central timezone) and created my account as soon as I could. I noticed that signups were all used up less than ten minutes later. Sometimes they last 12 hours though it just depends on how many people are trying to create accounts that day.
  3. Glad your problem got solved! Please spare a few minutes to take our brief survey: http://feedback.heliohost.org/ Your participation in this survey is greatly appreciated.
  4. /var partition was split, mail was restarted, issue is solved. Closing.

  6. Looks like this account got created and everything is working.
  7. Closing since this issue has been solved. http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=10686

  9. No problem. It appears as if this issue has been solved. Closing.
  10. This support request is being escalated to our root admin.
  11. Moved to customer service. It looks like addon, parked, and sub domains all still are in the system and function perfectly. However, they don't display in cPanel at the bottom where you can modify them. Interestingly though, if you go to sub domains the drop down box lists all addon, parked, and sub domains perfectly. Also, if you just try to recreate the offending domain with the same settings that it already has it just gives an error saying that the domain is already configured. I'm guessing this has something to do with the stevie /var split that chowned all user files to root. Djbob went back through and chowned them all back the way they were supposed to be but maybe parts of cPanel still have the old ownership data cached?
  12. It's fixed on my account, and I saw mention of other stevie accounts reporting the correct usage now. @xaav, was there some command you ran to fix it?
  13. Weird, I just logged into stevie cPanel and johnny cPanel and they both functioned perfectly. Cache issue? Intermittent problem? ISP issue?
  14. After a little investigating I found that the user yaya1234 was single handedly using 64% of the /tmp partition. That account has been suspended for using too much system resources, and all of their /tmp files were deleted. @admins, these are the commands I ran in case you need to do something similar or fix anything that I inadvertently broke in the process: su <johnny root password> find /tmp -user yaya1234 -exec rm -f {} \; @xoviat, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
  15. Your account was suspended because you haven't logged into your cPanel since September 10th. In the future you can fix this issue yourself by logging in at least once every 30 daysusing this tool to renew your account once it is suspended: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew I went ahead an unsuspended your account manually since Tjoene tried to and the changes didn't take.
  16. Oops, you're right. I was looking at the wrong numbers. Either way it's more than 0, and that's what counts.
  17. Works for me. What was the issue by the way? Was it related to the /var partition split?
  18. Merged topics.
  19. This forum is only for incorrectly queued accounts. Since you just created your account recently it is correctly queued until it is finished being created. You can check the status of your account using this tool: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/status
  20. If you're interested in heliohost users preferences in CMS you could check out this thread http://www.helionet.org/index/index.php?showtopic=9345 I have personally used joomla with flash content successfully. I don't know a lot about it, but rumours suggest that drupal might be having a lot of issues with their development team. If you do decide to use .asp make sure your account is located on johnny since stevie doesn't support it.
  21. Yup, 8.1 gigabytes of free space on /var now should keep everything running smoothly. Closing.
  22. Make absolutely sure you make backups of everything on your current site before you queue it for deletion too.
  23. If byron knew how to fix the problem he would have already. If I knew how to fix the problem I would have already. Hopefully the next admin that comes along will know what to do. It's tough to give an estimated time when all the administrators are volunteers that have real jobs and real lives and just maintain heliohost during their free time. Hopefully soon though.
