I'm pretty sure there are two physical name servers. One is on stevie and one is on cody, which are different physical machines. Isn't that what you are saying, or do you mean one should be located somewhere else in the world instead of both being in the same datacenter?

The point was all accounts on johnny were all being redirected to one users account and that user had some ads on their page that were not placed their by the thousands of other accounts on johnny. I went through several dozen random accounts on johnny and tried opening their main domain and they all seemed to be loading fine too. So it seems the "pack" is functioning as well as your site is. All hosting services have their downsides, but hopefully our good will continue to shine through. My chosen monicker is 'Krydos' not 'Icarus' but I think I know what you're saying.

The site in questions seems to be loading again, and the last login date now shows as 8-14. Seems like the renew script worked.

When Geof posted that there was an error on johnny causing all page requests to all redirect to one users account. As a temporary fix that one account was suspended showing all accounts on johnny as suspended. That issue seems to have resolved itself and your account should be showing up correctly now. When I click that link I get Django administration with a username and password box.

The addon domains will remain activated for as long as you own the .com and continue to have the DNS pointed to our servers.

This support request is being escalated to our root admin. @djbob/admins, I think he is saying that he is trying to register a .pl domain and ns1.heliohost.org works, but ns2.heliohost.org doesn't? @literky What domain are you trying to set up?

That means that you didn't have your user or permissions set up correctly for the database you were trying to use. Your cpanel login and password is basically root for your database and has all permissions.

Yeah you can. You just need a server running a name server such as bind or nsd. Check out http://www.nlnetlabs.nl/projects/nsd/, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BIND, http://www.isc.org/software/bind, and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NSD if you're curious to read more about it.
