  1. Yep, I can confirm this. Thank you for the support! =D ~ Roujo
  2. I'm not talking about psychose.co.cc, I'm talking about home.psychose.co.cc. It's supposed to resolve to my IP adress, but ns1 doesn't seem to be aware of that. ns2, however, works fine. log.psychose.co.cc, which is supposed to CNAME to home.psychose.co.cc, has the same problem. ~ Roujo
  3. I see. I still have this issue, but I'll see if it gets solved automagically after 24 hours and report back here. =) Thank you! ~ Roujo
  4. I have recently added a couple of zones to my psychose.co.cc domain. However, the DIG DNS checker shows that ns1 doesn't have that record, but ns2 does. To check this, I created a test.roujo.heliohost.org A record, pointing to Google's DNS servers. The same issue arises: ns1 has no idea the record exists, but ns2 does. Is there something I can do to fix this? Is it just a matter of time, or is it an anomaly? Thank you for your support, ~ Roujo
  5. Apparently not! =) I just tried adding both of my domains, and this time it has worked like a charm for both domains! Thanks, whatever you did! =) ~ Roujo
  6. Pretty much what the topic says. My username is Roujo and my Default Domain Name is roujo.heliohost.org. I tried adding two domains (majteam.co.cc and psychose.co.cc) as parked domains, and I got the following error: I had them registered before as home.majteam.co.cc and home.psychose.co.cc, but I'm trying to move the DNS Zone management to HelioHost. Maybe that's it? =) So I went to IRC and talked with jje and Krydos there, but so far they have had no luck in fixing this. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Roujo
  7. Cool! Thank you very much, I really appreciate this! =D Have a nice day! Roujo
  8. Hi ^^ I'd like to say that I am very happy that Heliohost reopened signups, I've been waiting for this to happen for 6 months now. =) When I saw that the signups were open, I registered an account using my Hotmail e-mail adress and a co.cc adress I have, verifying that both adresses were correctly typed in. Unfortunately, I did not receive an e-mail from Heliohost to confirm my registration even though at signup it said my account had been created (and I checked my Spam folder: I didn't receive the mail at all). A bit confused by that, I went to Helionet to create an account using that same Hotmail e-mail adress, and I still didn't get the confirmation e-mail. Because I needed the confirmation link to validate my account and post my questions here, I created another account, this time with my ISP-provided e-mail, and I recieved the confirmation link instantly. Just thought you might want to know about this. Now, all this caused another problem... ^^ When I created my account with my ISP e-mail, I took an heliohost.org adress just in case registration didn't work with my co.cc adress because I had already tried (and "succeded") registration with that one. Would it be possible to change my account so that instead of majteam.heliohost.org, my account uses majteam.co.cc? I saw another poster asking for this, so here's all the information you requested from him: *User Name: roujo *Current Domain: majteam.heliohost.org *Desired Domain: majteam.co.cc --- The adress is already pointing to the ns1 and ns2.heliohost.org nameservers. *Hotmail Email: [removed] --- This is just in case the co.cc adress is registered somehow in your database *Current Email: [removed] Thank you for your time, and it would really help me if this was possible. As I said, I've been looking forward to using your services for some time now, and this is the only thing missing for it to work. =) A happy customer, Roujo
