The account ijrit has been unsuspended. You can create your backup by visiting this link http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/backup/index.html

Clearly. You can only have one account. Fifactor has been unsuspended.

You can't set this up yourself. In fact I can't even set this up myself. I have sent an email to our upstream provider who can set this up. I'll update this thread when I receive a reply from them.

I don't see an SSL certificate installed for your domain. Perhaps this will help?

The account tosa has been unsuspended. Once you're done backing up any data from that account you can delete it using http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete Once the account is deleted you can post here again and we will unsuspend the next account for you.

Don't forget you need to park your domain on your account or create it as an addon domain or it will show queued forever since the server won't know which account the domain belongs to.

Your site is loading fine for me. Have you read this? I wonder if maybe you were trying to load your page during a high load time maybe? The worst that will happen from having two accounts without prior permission is they will both be suspended. Then you just have to post in the suspended subforum to get one or the other unsuspended. It's not really that big of a deal if you don't have a lot of users yet and you're still just getting your site set up. The average time that a new domain will show as queued on Stevie is actually quite a bit less than Johnny. It's just a little harder to get a Stevie account since we limit the number of new accounts per day.

Well to be completely honest, the system worked exactly as it was designed to. It detected you with more than your allowed accounts of one on stevie and one on johnny, and suspended them all. Inactive and suspended accounts have java/jsp support removed automatically to make room for active users that follow the rules. Let this be a warning I guess. If your account is suspended again you'll have to wait through the java queue again. @kyoushuu that script doesn't work by design on suspended accounts. Occasionally criminals try to use our free hosting to do their various illegal activities. These accounts are swiftly and permanently suspended, but sometimes the relevant authorities request any evidence that may be contained in the suspended account to help prosecute the perpetrators. If we were to allow people to delete suspended accounts then they could essentially destroy the evidence against them.

The last I heard from gmx.com and co. was that they were passing the issue on to their IT department to see if they could figure it out. That was a week ago. Today I asked them if they had made any progress because I hadn't heard from them in a long time. No response yet.

Your site is loading fine. Have you read this?

This account has been suspended for violation of our one account per user policy which is clearly stated during the creation process of each and every account on Heliohost. A common misconception is that you need a separate account for each website that you want to host, but since Heliohost differs from most free hosts and even most paid hosting by offering unlimited addon domains, unlimited parked domains, and unlimited sub domains one can easily and conveniently host as many separate websites as they wish all from your one free hosting account. If multiple accounts were created to get around our disk space limit we strongly suggest using a free service such as dropbox to host your large images, videos, and downloads while continuing to host your website with us if you wish. If you understand that each user is only allowed to have one active account please let us know which account you would like to use and it can be unsuspended for you. Also let us know if you need backups of any of the data on the other accounts, and if there are any domains on the suspended accounts that you would like to host on your main account because we will need to remove them from the suspended account before you will be able to host them on your unsuspended account. For example: user1: unsuspend user2: backup user3: backup, idontreadrules.com user4: thoughticouldgetawaywithit.org

Ok, football is done for the week, and since you still hadn't paraphrased your request I spent the time to skim through it. It sounds like you need: 1. Manual password reset. 2. Question about load. The problem now is you didn't mention your username, domain, or server. Skimming through some other posts you've made with this same forum account I came up with username: epicdeee domain: epicdeeds.tk server: johnny Answers: 1. Your password has been manually reset, tested, and emailed to your contact email address which matches the email address that you used to create this forum account. The problem might be that you're using an @outlook.com email address and microsoft can be kind of weird about emails sometimes. Have you checked your spam box? Let us know if you didn't receive this password reset either. 2. You're probably fine. Most of the people getting suspended for high server load are doing completely crazy stuff. Installing one simple cms is never going to get your suspended. If you want to know specifically how much load your site is creating you can ask and we can tell you that you're the 913th highest load for the day or something like that if you're still worried. For future reference, there's nothing wrong with being conversational or writing a wall of text. Just remember that it will help you immensely to receive support if you make your post simple to understand, and include all pertinent information, such as username, domain, and server, in an easy to read way.

TLDR. What do you need exactly? In a length that I can read between plays while watching football.

Dedicated IP granted.

Ok, some progress was made. The problem was with the linking of the libraries which can always be a little tricky in linux. Especially when the system has several thousand users. There is still an error, but I think this one is in your court now. I'm going to mark it as solved for now, but let us know if you're still having issues.

The problem seems to be that one of my predecessors upgraded postgresql to a version unsupported by cpanel, and didn't upgrade the software that creates backups of databases. Try creating a backup of your database yourself with phppgadmin and let me know if it works now. Otherwise, at least I can keep manually creating postgresql database backups manually for anyone who needs it.

Ok, http://raxsoft.tk/temp/fsock.php works now. We don't publish a publicly visible list of open ports for security reasons. Generally if someone has a legitimate reason to need an open port we PM/email it to them privately.

Just from experience it seems like proxy scripts, and abusers of php curl cause a lot more load and tend to get suspended quite often. This is probably why a lot of web hosts disable curl and disallow proxy scripts and other high load scripts that accomplish the same type of thing. Here at Heliohost you can use whatever scripts you want as long as they aren't illegal such as a phishing site, but we do suspend users that cause too much load. Curl can be quite useful and I use it a bit on some of my own personal pages, but you can't overuse it just like you can't overuse anything. Proxies are kind of silly because the internet is already full of literally millions of them, so I don't really understand why people risk having their hosting account suspended just to host one of their own. Heliohost doesn't have an age limit, but where ever you live might have laws preventing you from doing certain things. For instance if you live in the US and are under age 13 you might need your parents permission to do certain things on the internet.
