It looks like http://hope4paradise.heliohost.org/ is working now. The reason it's been queued so long is because each time you changed your main domain it reset the queued process. We recommend keeping your <domain>.heliohost.org domain once it's working, and adding additional domains as addon or parked domains.

Johnny has three CPUs.
-
Did you change your main domain?
-
It's been 20 hours since your account was created. Accounts on Johnny takes at least 24 hours and up to 48 hours generally for the queued page to go away.

Your website itself only takes up 251 MB. For some reason you've put about 150 MB into the trash can without actually deleting any of it. Clearing that out would help you a lot. Also keep in mind that your 100 MB backup takes up space too until you delete it.

I renamed your index.html to index.old so you can see that your site works just fine. If you want the error message to come back just rename it back.

[Solved] Connecting An Existing Mediawiki To A New Installation
Krydos replied to slocum's topic in Customer Service
I don't really understand what you're asking, but maybe this link https://kb.mediatemple.net/questions/242/How+do+I+redirect+my+site+using+a+.htaccess+file%3F will help you? If that's not what you want to do let us know with more detail what you're wanting to do and we can revisit your issue. -
MySQL on Johnny is running fine, and your account http://teachereviews.heliohost.org/ is working fine. However, your site http://teachereviews.x10host.com/ appears to be suspended, but since that isn't hosted on our servers you'll have to talk to x10host or whoever about getting it unsuspended.

It has nothing to do with other users abusing the server. It has to do with YOU having too many errors. Read the error message: "dhcp-ccd-146-111-.net.uniroma.2.it is blocked because of many connection errors." If someone is causing a ton of errors and appears to be abusing the server then their IP is blocked. If there is someone other than you connecting to MySQL from this same IP and causing a lot of errors then maybe it's their fault too, but usually it's just yourself causing that error. Anyways, I have flushed your errors from the system. Let us know if it's still not working for you.

A more general answer that will work for other people who might search and find this thread is that cPanel displays the IP address of your account which you can use for A name records and stuff like this. After you log in http://heliohost.org/ there is an information panel on the left side of the screen that should list your Shared IP Address or Dedicated IP Address (if you purchased one.) But, yes the IP address that Ice IT Support listed is the most likely answer if your account is on Stevie.

http://loversarea.tk/ is working for me, and chrome doesn't say it's a phishing page either. Maybe you have some extra extension like an anti virus program?

Your account looks like it should be working. Try logging in http://heliohost.org/ once, and if that doesn't work try resetting your password http://johnny.heliohost.org:2082/ once, and if that doesn't work let us know and we can manually reset your password for you.

To restore your public_html from backup I recommend uploading the backup file in compressed form, and then extracting it on the server. You can also extract the backup on your local computer and upload all the files separately, but it will end up taking more time overall. If you created a full site backup you will need to extract just the public_html portion of the backup before you upload it. Let us know if you need any more specific instructions than this.

The last I have heard from the gmx people is on Nov 14th when they said they were going to ask their IT department to try to solve this again. They have managed to come up with a couple ideas, but so far nothing has worked. As of the time of this post we are still unable to send emails from Heliohost to any gmx accounts. Still not giving up on this though.

The domain bigrock.in is not hosted on our servers: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=bigrock.in&rec=NS Set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org on any domain you want to host on our servers. Having anything other than that or in addition to that might cause the domain to give errors when you try to add it. Once the domain is set up and working you can switch it to an external DNS or cloudlfare or something like that. Once you have your domain added to your hosting account you can use this link http://stevie.heliohost.org:2082/frontend/x3/zoneedit/advanced.html to edit TXT and CNAME records.

Alright, eoacosta has been unsuspended again.

Do you use any CMS or anything like that on your site?

We don't monitor bandwidth. That's why it says unlimited bandwidth http://www.heliohost.org/home/signup We do monitor load, memory usage, etc. Your account has the 10th highest load, and the highest memory usage on your server. I would focus your efforts on reducing the amount of memory you use. You're actually using 174% more memory than the second highest memory usage.

Ok, try signing up again in ~2 hours http://krydos.tk/sign-up.php Let us know if you're still unable to recreate your account.

Changing the domain restarts the queued process. There is no "approval". It's all a fully automated process. Everything looks good as of the time of this post. If you give it another 24 hours without changing anything it should be working.
