  1. This account cannot be unsuspended because it was involved in illegal activity. If it wasn't you that was doing this feel free to create a new account, and make sure you secure your account better against hackers this time around. If it was you that was involved in the illegal activity feel free to find another host. Either way this account cannot be unsuspended.
  2. For those who are wondering or worried, all of Heliohost's servers are NOT vulnerable to the and SAFE from the heartbleed weakness that has been making so much news lately. More information on the vulnerability can be found at http://heartbleed.com/

  5. Your account was infested with malware, causing massive load on the server, causing slow response time for all the other websites, causing downtime for the other websites, sending thousands of spam mails per hour, and we received multiple threats from our internet provider that the entire server and all of the tens of thousands of other legitimate websites hosted on it would be null routed right off the face of the internet if your account wasn't stopped. Any one of those listed infractions could easily result in a permanent suspension on its own, and you managed to be doing them all at once. Congratulations.
  6. Please clear your cache.
  7. The copyright infringement is using an illegal, unlicensed, nulled version of vBulletin located at http://sahr3wi.tk/vb/ vBulletin contacted us directly requesting your site be taken down. Let us know if you purchase a legal version of vBulletin, or if you're willing to delete the illegal content from your site.

  9. Here are the files that were causing the highest load the four times that your account was suspended: /home1/ozviat/public_html/brth/index.php /home1/ozviat/public_html/brth/index.php /home1/ozviat/public_html/re-brth/index.php /home1/ozviat/public_html/re-brth/index.php I'm unsure what any of them are because they are both deleted now, but that's what the log files list. Since your account wasn't suspended again after deleting them I suppose you figured out what was causing the high load on your own.
  11. Wolstech is correct. This account cannot be unsuspended.
  12. Alright. You can also request to have an account on Stevie and an account on Johnny if you have a good reason http://wiki.helionet.org/Multiple_Account_Policy by creating a new thread in the customer service forum http://www.helionet.org/index/forum/45-customer-service/ Wanting to be able to test the newest version of Drupal on Johnny without losing the uptime of your current Stevie account would be a good reason.
  13. By default addon domains are activated for all accounts, and you can create an unlimited number of them. If you mean "activate" as in your addon domain shows the queued page when you visit it, that is normal. All domains, whether they are main domains, parked domains, subdomains, or addon domains go through a 24-48 hour queued period after being added. Posting on the forums doesn't speed it up. No admins need to review your domain or anything. It's a fully automated process. It just takes some time to set up a new domain.
  14. Johnny hasn't been turning on and off. It's just high load as is expected after a server reboot. Unix servers actually get more and more stable the longer they run without a reboot. Prior to http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/17708-johnny-reboot/ Johnny actually ran without a reboot or a crash for almost a year. Hopefully we can have a long run like that again. That's why the uptime since then hasn't been as good. For about 24 hours after Johnny reboots he has a tendency to spike really high load, and then balance out again. I've seen the load spikes as high as 140 or so since the reboot yesterday. He seems to be balancing out now though. Take a look at http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ if you want for the last few days and you can easily see what I'm talking about.
  15. Yeah, it sounds like our automatic antispam prevention measures are working well. Thanks for testing them out for us. As you've already been told we recommend users only send about 50 emails per day without first asking and receiving permission to send more. If you greatly exceed that amount your account is throttled to 24 emails per day (1 per hour), and if you greatly greatly exceed that limit by a ridiculous amount your account is suspended. Question #1: Do you ever send emails to anyone who hasn't personally signed up for them on your site? Question #2: Are all of the emails sent instantly when someone directly does something on your site, or is it more of a mailing list that are sent out every once in a while to everyone who has signed up? Question #3: How does one stop receiving emails from you if they don't want them?
  16. Please post the following information: Your cPanel username Your main domain The server that you are on Sample script that causes error (with passwords edited out)
  17. Both links loaded just fine and error free for me. Perhaps this will give you some ideas of why the 500 error shows up sometimes. Since the error seems to be intermittant 1, 4, or 5 are probably most likely culprits.
  18. Stevie is currently running php 5.3.8 which is two versions less than the 5.3.10 that your error says it requires. Johnny is currently running php 5.3.17 which is seven versions newer than what your site requires. I will bump the upgrade of php/mysql/apache on Stevie up a few notches on the priority list, but if you're in a hurry to get your site working on Heliohost you could consider moving to Johnny. http://wiki.helionet.org/Moving_your_account
  19. Are you using .NET 3.5 compliant code?
  20. Since java isn't enabled on your account the source of all .jsp files is exactly what you should expect to see. If you click "Follow this topic" in the top right side of the page at http://www.helionet.org/index/topic/18278-request-for-java-abhi7300/ then you can get a notification when Java is enabled. Your most recent prediction of when java will be installed on your account is Tue Apr 22 13:05:46 PDT 2014

  23. http://www.medicinalteas.co.uk/ isn't hosted on our servers. If you would like to host it with us you'll need to set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
  24. Can you post a link to the page that is showing the 500 error?
