  1. Yes to both. On Tommy you can deploy your .war files through cpanel, and then deploy new versions. This feature is not available on Johnny, but you can still upload your .war file to /home/mbbm/filename.war and request an admin to deploy it.
  2. Like I said it's a bad idea to have backups in public_html because anyone can download it, but I checked your account and your backup file is in /home/zervas/backup/ like it should be. Notice how there isn't a /public_html/ in that path?
  3. It's possible, but it's strongly recommended that you convert your video files on your home pc. The reason is there really isn't anything you could do on our servers that would cause more load than video conversion, and it's highly likely your account will get suspended for it. Would you like to proceed anyways?
  4. Have you waited 24 hours since you added the domain?
  5. It's /home/zervas/backup/ not /home/zervas/public_html/backup/. Generally you don't want to put things like backups in a place where someone could download it. For example your backup might contain a config.php file which has your database password. If anyone can download it anyone can have access to or delete your database.
  6. /home/lwgforum/public_html/forum is 775. Does it work if you change it to 755?
  7. Which version of php are you using? Standard php tags are <?php ?> Short php tags are <? ?>
  8. There is no plugin. I wrote the email to forum code myself.
  9. Also it's beneficial for anyone else who has the same issue as you to be able to search and see how you fixed it. Can you share what you did?
  10. Undeployed.
  11. Add the godaddy domain as an alias domain and it will show the same as your main domain.
  12. I don't see info@liftuup.heliohost.org in the system so I'm assuming another browser worked or something else worked.
  13. You're on Tommy now. http://xcdx.heliohost.org/ If you see a 404 error or a Johnny queued page please be sure to clear your browser cache and flush your os dns records. Thank you very much for the donation. We really appreciate it.
  14. Invitation sent.
  15. Fixed the lowercase/uppercase issue.
  16. Try changing your password.
  17. Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should start working within 12 hours.
  18. Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...
  19. See https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/31216-hh-24688-no-invite-received-after-donation/?p=140850
  20. You're on Tommy now. Your domain is working already http://medsup.heliohost.org/ If you see a 404 error or a Johnny queued page please clear your browser cache and flush your os dns records. Thank you for your donation. We really appreciate it.

    Script Python

    Use the shebang #!/usr/bin/python3.6
  22. The best debugging advice for a situation like this is start small and simple. Make sure it works, and then make some small changes and make sure it works again. Unless your home pc is running the exact same os and the exact same versions of everything there are going to be differences when you deploy it.
  23. Added.
  24. There was only one $1 USD donation made on January 1st so I'm assuming that is you. The reason you didn't receive an invite is because the email address you used is already in use as a Johnny account. You can only have one account at a time. Would you like that Johnny account moved to Tommy?
  25. Thanks for letting us know about it. It looks like Johnny's ssl certificates expired. Can you log in correctly now?
