Done. You should now be able to log in and your website should be working again.

Your account was archived because you haven't logged in for quite a while. We have a limited amount of space on our servers, and occasionally we have to remove the unused accounts to make space for new users. To prevent your account from becoming archived again please remember to log in at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ at least once every 30 days. Unarchiving...

[Inactive] Suspended: jtdservicosexpressos

That archived account cannot be restored at this time due to the server you're on going down for upgrades soon. You have 3 options: Wait for Johnny to get upgraded. This may take a week or more.Create a new free account on Ricky or Tommy and restore your backup. Please be aware that since a lot of people are moving off Johnny right now free Tommy signups are filling in less than 5 seconds, and free Ricky signups are filling in less than a minute.Donate at https://www.heliohost.org/donate/ and an admin can restore your archived account on our best server, Tommy, for you. -
1) Backup your Johnny account 2) Delete your Johnny account 3) At midnight UTC signup for a new account on Tommy 4) Restore your backup Please be aware that free Tommy signups have been filling in less than 5 seconds, and Ricky signups have been filling in less than a minute so you'll have to be quick. Let us know if you need any further explanation of the four steps.

You could also scroll to the bottom of the page at https://www.heliohost.org/login/ and click insecure login. That way of accessing cpanel runs on port 80 which is surely open. Obviously it's not secure though.

Yes, if you make a donation at https://www.heliohost.org/tommy/ you will receive a special invitation link in your email that will allow you to create an account on our best server even though it's full for the day. After you click the link you'll be guided through the account creation process and within minutes your site will be on the internet. Let us know if you have any problems and we'll help you out.

Does it work if you add the (.*) like Tommygun did?

Tommy filled in 2.911 seconds today, Ricky filled in 38.316 seconds, and Johnny is closed for new signups currently because he's slated for an upgrade in 2 days. Tommy filling that fast is pretty typical, but Ricky filling that fast too is due to Johnny being shutdown soon. Another thing to keep in mind is signups don't reset exactly at 00:00:00.000. Today signups reset at 3.641 seconds after midnight. I'm sometimes afraid people see the full message during those first couple seconds, and stop refreshing.

What is the database name, and upload your .sql file to /home/qsgt/ and I can try to import it on the command line for you. Sometimes larger databases make phpmyadmin choke.
