Yes, if you make a donation at https://www.heliohost.org/tommy/ you will receive a special invitation link in your email that will allow you to create an account on our best server even though it's full for the day.   13. Tommy filled in 2.911 seconds today, Ricky filled in 38.316 seconds, and Johnny is closed for new signups currently because he's slated for an upgrade in 2 days. Tommy filling that fast is pretty typical, but Ricky filling that fast too is due to Johnny being shutdown soon. Another thing to keep in mind is signups don't reset exactly at 00:00:00.000. Today signups reset at 3.641 seconds after midnight. I'm sometimes afraid people see the full message during those first couple seconds, and stop refreshing.
  14. What is the database name, and upload your .sql file to /home/qsgt/ and I can try to import it on the command line for you. Sometimes larger databases make phpmyadmin choke.

  22. Using our nameservers is the supported way to do things. That means we provide support if you do things this way. Using external nameservers is an unsupported way to do things. That means we do not provide support if you insist on doing things this way. That said, I was feeling helpful (and a little bored) so I logged into your account. There was a message something along the lines of "cPanel has detected 3 inactive DKIM domains that have valid configurations so they have been enabled." That's not an exact quote, but I tested your email and it seems to be working now. My guess is cPanel detected that you didn't have DKIM set up on your external nameservers at one point and oh so helpfully deactivated the DKIM on your domain. Anyways, here's the report that shows a valid DKIM https://www.mail-tester.com/test-j23wf I didn't actually do anything other than log in to your account and click the "Email Deliverability" button.

  24. The username of the email address you provided has been changed from being blank to itc, and I edited out the email address. This is actually the first time that anyone has ended up with a blank username so whatever bug caused it is pretty rare.
